In terms of achieving meaningful goals for clients who are suffering from certain mental
conditions partnership working is very much essential. As while working with other hospitals
allows an organisation to enhance different programs as well as their strengths. There are many
voluntary organisations and reference groups who are involved in the process to ensure that goals
are been achieved for people with whom there are mental health conditions. As an organisation
who has main goal to provide help to all people, provide better treatment and many more. So,
with the help of partnership it becomes easy for them to work accordingly.
When there are various professionals as well as organisations who are involved in
helping different phases of lives it creates an importance through better coordination and
cooperation and whatever services charitable organisations are providing they becomes
beneficial for them(Hermann, Fitelson and Bergink, 2021). Mainly partnership working in
health and social care with respect to Mind mental heath charity it means that there are many
partners and all are been involved in achieving a common objective. It is also important because
of the mutual understanding between them.
By assessing the importance of mental health it was been analysed that in Mind the

well as respect to all individuals(Chirico, Nucera and Magnavita, 2021). Partnership working
was very much important for them because they solved many problems that arise in their charity
in order to solve certain problems. With respect to their partners they provided them funds and
also promoted global research in order to provide them effective support.
It is always been essential and crucial for charitable organisations to achieve all goals and
objectives in order to become successful. There may be many situations in which it becomes
impossible for them to provide safety to individuals and protect them. So, with the help of doing
partnership with other councils it helps them in providing good level of support to them due to
which their mental health charity also becomes able to solve certain problems.

may face many problems but no kind of discrimination should be done just on the basis that they
are suffering from mental health conditions. All people must be given rights of receiving
