through personal and professional experience
Within the mental health sector, there are various jobs in which people can develop their
career like counsellors, psychologists, rehabilitation offers and so on. For this, the main objective
is to give suitable assistance and also get them back in order to lead towards the normal social
lives (Ward and Barry, 2018). In this context, I opt psychiatrists in order to develop my career in
mental health as here, I have gained better and effective experience in both personal and
professional contexts by which I tends to analyse my own strengths in order to examine the
mental condition of individuals. In this context my strength is that I can properly observe
someone’s behaviour by identifying their mental condition and activities.
As my analysis skills are helpful for me and inspired me to perform suitable job role. In
regard of this, I also tends to analyse that I got support from various people like friends, family,
mentors, supervisors and so on and they also tend to give me feedback regarding the overall
growth and development in my performance (Penman and et. al., 2018). Apart from this, I am
capable enough in order to understand the mental health and overall skills of mine by developing
prominent career goals and objectives and setting suitable expectations for my success and
development. Hence, in nursing any specialist plays an important role in order to meet suitable
objectives and goals as these are based on the particular role in healthcare.
Commitment to working in the mental health sector and supporting those
with mental health concerns
I want to work in the healthcare sector in order to move towards the suitable benefits of
becoming a registered mental health nurse. In this context, the whole world is experiencing
shortage in mental health nurses that decline in the number of qualified practitioners as by this,
the demand is quite high for the good quality professionals in this field. Besides from this, the
shortage of mental health nurses is leading for the high demand for suitable jobs in both the
private and public sector (Cosgrave, Maple and Hussain, 2018). In this context, people who work
in healthcare sector tends to effectively need job security in order to work for the mental health
and analyse suitable growth in this sector. Moreover, working as a nurse need to face various
challenges in mental health which is the challenging job to offer suitable care which is likely to
be high and extremely individualised.

Hence, it depicts the huge amount of challenges for me in order to perform my job role and
also need suitable patience, enthusiasm and tenacity every time. However, the suitable
challenges also work as the mental health nurse that can bring unrivalled rewards (Liang, Mays
and Hwang, 2018). I want to become a registered mental health nurse in which I need to undergo
with the intense training and for this, there are various universities who tends to offer suitable
mental health courses and their entry needs get vary that depend on the effective development
and the reputation of institution.
