INTRODUCTION
Clinical supervision is considered as formal, continuous and systematic procedure related
to professional support as well as learning for conducting practicing nurses. In this procedure,
nurses are assisted for developing the practices doing regular and proper discussion along with
the experiences of colleagues (Copenhaver and Crandell-Williams, 2020). The main aim of
adopting clinical supervision is to promote autonomous decision making, respecting individual's
protection as well as safe care provision by reflective procedure as well as analysing clinical
practices. Organization selected for respective report is Royal Perth Hospital which is located at
the Victoria Square Perth, Western Australia. The respective hospital is established in year 1855
and they have effective medical services. This hospital provide numbers of services such as
treatment of major trauma, tertiary mental health, specialist medical services, surgical services,
elective surgery and many more. Topics include in respective report are role of clinical
