2019). Wellness being used to be compromised of more discrete and new market like fitness and
spa industries that usually enter in market with well being culture as a business concept. Its also
defined as the well being of someone or something which is welfare or situation of state in
health. A high stage of well being defined the major able situation is being healthy. Where as per
the indicative way the guidelines of global and national define the common goal is built a society
which is fit emotionally, physically mentally and spiritually which really help to create a happy

Now days being happy is difficult so some of the health organisation created some guild

stress in our body and brain, after a duration of time it will became dangerous. The person forget
about the ethic of happiness and sometime followed a long case of depression (Farmer and et. al.,
2016). The depression is a case where body just feel alone and if the case arises, non medication
is provided then simply it became very tough to get back that person. Initially it will act normal
and after a time while it turn into a very aggressive factor and then depressive. Long term of
these type problem create issue and convert into a mental disorders. Their significance in people

The addiction id defined the habit of something and in case of drug and other it will cause

create an issue. The regular use of drug by any person provide him satisfaction and happiness. Th
person forget about pain and other problem which is going and life and that create the habit to
get free from all so eventually person became addicted (Joshanloo, M. and Jovanović, V., 2018).
After a long use of these substance create a mental issue, in which person get aggressive and mad
for that product or drug which is used by him to get free. substance use disorder are as mental
emotional , physical, and behavioural issue such as chronic regret. The genially used drug are
alcohol, opioid, sedative, cannabis, hypnotics and stimulants, tobacco, and others or unknown
substance where the caffeine is also as part of addiction when it will over dose.
STRATEGIES FOR IMPROVEMENT
When anyone facing this type of problem then simply the treatment therapy is taken:
Enhance self-esteem
Reduce hostility and anxiety
insight
change response to same cue
eliminate or replace behaviour
have a person to which he share information
remove cause of social difficulty
increasing the interpersonal skills and desensitization to group functions
protect from society who make taunt and give negative flaunts and prepare plan to get
further treatment.
ANXIETY DISORDER:
This is state of mind in which the person feels of worry, anxiety or fear that are strong or
tough enough to take with ones daily activities (Baefsky, L. and Sonke, J., 2019). For examples,
anxiety disorders include many of a new threads like, fear of something, the person is not enough
to handle the day to day activities and their work, its includes panic attacks of basic compulsive

mood and loss of interest in the social activities and a regular activities. which causes significant
impairment in the day-to-day life possibly the causes include the combination of biological
psychological and social sources of stress. which is increasing in a form of a different parameters
generally in a case of depression the person who is facing this problem wants to be alone and
they go for the dark side this is occurs due to the changing thinking way in brain and also the
way of perception is totally changed in the case of depression. The symptoms of depression is
too feeling sad for a long time and loss of memory. generally the behaviour and other physical
attributes is change in a case of depression this may include a lot of changes while in a sleeping
pattern and low energy level examined and also the self esteem and confidence of that particular
person is down (Velleman and et. al., 2016). Which is divided sometime, depression can also
associated with the thought of suicide if the depression is persist in a person for a long time.
STRATEGIES:
As per the context, the well being concept in society needs to cover these all aspects of
mental illness. which is generally faced by the people. the society play a vital role in this to get
cover of a person who is facing these problems usually the person isolated from the society in a
case of these mental illness. society must meet to regularly and try to get overcome from this

The bipolar disorder is generally associated with the channel of mood swing which is
started with under pressure to address a factor which also called a maniac. the exact cause of this
bipolar disorder is unknown now days but it also a collaborative factors of genetic and
environmental and social (Rousku and et. al., 2019). Which has been change the main structure
and chemistry which may cause a new way of thinking and this play a vital role in the concept of
bipolar disorder. The symptoms of these bipolar disorders are generally include reduce needs for
the sleep and loss of touch with reality. The person is facing the virtual world for one the
depressive channels may include the symptoms of a low energy and low motivation and no need
to highlights these needs and daily activities are totally lost.
