INTRODUCTION
Mental health is defined as the emotional, psychological and social well-being of any
individual. This is usually refers how people think and how they act on a situation and
conditions. This also helps to determine the way to handling of stress related to others and
sometime this is also associated with the various a decision which is by an individual in order to
gain some advantage. As per this, World health organisation it is defined that the mental health is
a state of any well-being in which the individual realises his own ability and disability and how
they cope the normal stress of life and enhance work productivity and also they have ability to
contribute for her community. As per this, refers to a cognitive, behavioural and emotional well-
being of any person. As per this, it is determined that thinking, behaviour buildings and emotion
of any person which is called as their mental health and this is mean absence from the mental
disorder. In this report, the issues of mental health in the younger people are defined and also
what are their aspect and what are the issues which is generally created in that particular social
group and also what are the intervention techniques are discussed to control the effect on the
social group which is on going from the longer period of time (Cui and et. al., 2020).
MAIN BODY
In the context with the mental health, there is various number of disease which was
associated with the mental health. As per this, there are various symptoms which are arises in the
younger people and the aspect of the mental issue. Some of these are anxiety disorder,
depression, bipolar disorder and other mood disorder. As per this, there are some kind of mental
health which is associated with the younger peoples are eating disorder, personality disorders
post-traumatic stress disorder with psychotic disorder and also this is induced for the longer
period of time and create the symptoms of schizophrenia (Leijdesdorff and et. al., 2017).
Mental health issue in younger people
The mental problems usually faced about 1 million of young people every day. As per this,
they include depression and anxiety and conduct disorder which is associated with the bipolar
disorder of a direct response to what is happening in their lives are forgotten. Moreover, the 70%
of children and young people are experiencing mental health problem which had a significant
issues for their life. As per this emotional well being of the children is also disturb and they

health and they usually developed resilience to cope whatever they go through their life. They
are all rounded and well-rounded for their healthy lives but sometime the mental health issue
create hindrance in their life and health. There are some activities which allow a children or
young people to live happy (Simashkova and et. al., 2019). As per this, they are mentally well by
some of the approach such as:
They are healthy in good physical health and they have their proper diet and getting
regular diet.
Having proper time and freedom to play indoor and outdoor. In this they used to make
proper factor for being fit and active.
As per this, they are part of family and they all time under monitor an used to well most
of the time and happy in their life.
They are in school where number of student are their happy and full of enjoy and this
make him happy.
Other factor such as they are also involved in the activities for young people.
As per the time which is changing continuously as per the days mostly things that happen to
the children which lead the mental health problem and create the traumatic situation in their life.
These types of changes are already vulnerable. The changes are act as a trigger, moving humour
school or the birth of the new brother of the sister. As per example, there are some young
children who start their school with excitement and after making new friends doing various
activities but there is a something which felt them alone sometime and when they are entering in
the environment the teenagers are often experience various emotional changes in their minds and
bodies which is capable and handle time to time (Massad and et. al., 2017). This an important
part of the growing up is working out but the accepting is difficult with the various
environmental changes. The phase of transition is developed in adulthood and after that they go
through the various phases of experimental channel such as using of alcohol stroke and other
substance which can also affect their mental health situation. As for this, the common mental
health issues which are concern in the young people are depression and anxiety. Because they
have a various number of respective which is associated with base and the complications arises
in such a way which can create advanced level of damage in the body.

How mental health impact on the younger people
There are number of health problem which impact the younger people. Some of the disease
is very harmful which create negative impact on the brain and body. As per this, there are
number of risk factor which is associated with this. There are certain risk factors that make some
children and young people are more likely to experience several of issues than the others
(Semple and et. al., 2019). They feel they are found with the number of difficulties even they
can't find a path to make it possible. In this context, some of the factor which is mentioned
below:
They are experiencing long term physical term illness.
This is also a issue in which they are created the mental health problem and this kind of
health problem are associated with alcohol and various drug abuse or by facing trouble
with the law and regulation.
In context with this, they are having an autonomous experience the symptoms of death.
They are having parent in this case they both are separate or divorced.
They are being severally bullied or used by physical or sexually abused.
Living with no money and facing various issue due to poverty and they are homeless.
Experiencing various discrimination in the different places which is associated with the
perhaps because of their race, sexuality or religion (Nearchou and et. al., 2020).
Acting as a carer for the relative and they are taking on the adults as per this they are act
as responsibilities.
Having long term standing difficulties in the studying and education.
As per this, there are various health issues which is commonly associated with the children.
Such as:
Depression: This is all factors affect the children and most of the people. They are still
more common moment in adults. Teenager is more likely to experience depression as per this
they can raise an issue which is linked with young children.
Self harm: This is very common now day in the front of young people and as per this, they
used to manage the intense emotional pain they are harm themselves as per this they are used to
cutting or burning for example, they are not used to take their decision as per their own life. This
all aspect makes them weak and not providing any strong evidence.

Generalised anxiety disorder: This is may affect the life and induced the behaviour which
is about extremely worried. As per this, the young children face or may not faced this issue but
they are worried from the starting of school and from the separation of school or friend.
Post traumatic stress disorder: Post traumatic stress disorders are usually follow the
concluding part of the physical or sexual abuse and something which is witnessing extremely and
they used to give frightening and traumatizing event. This type of violence or CBR glowing can
make particular younger children for living in a disastrous way.
Eating disorder: As per this, the factor affects the teenagers in areas of frequent years.
Generally, these are the most common in girls as compared to boys. In this, disorders they eat
very small and less due to the anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa have serious consequences
and circumstances for their physical health and development which is based on the diet and
activity plan.
Intervention to reduce this issue
In this, there are various intervention which is reduced the mental health issue some of the
interventions are called as a management and some the interventions are worked as a medication.
Some of these are listed below:
Parental help: In this context, when children’s are open relationship with their parents
then they are usually comfortable to share all the feelings and emotions with their parents. In this
context, the parents are taking help and take their children with serious notes. They try to
eradicate the thinking and other things which is associated with this. They provide proper
nourishment and retaliate the negative feeling which is usually pass on the children and young
people. As per this, that is a good idea for a child to make them distressed by sharing their
thoughts and feelings to someone who is close to them (Sadler and et. al., 2018).
Professional help: If a child and young people is facing any issues that in school or home
then they must consult with the teacher, school nurse, school counsellor or educational
psychologist. They provide an effective helps with terms and conditions. As per this, they must
speak to the general practitioners in the health basis to eradicate the issues such as depression.
The professional selection is very essential for eradication of functional and structural division
which is occur due to the negative thoughts and feelings. In this case, professionals are ever to
refer the child in the different work places or a segment and various professionals are working

by the young people which they take prescribed of drug, there is a lot of evidence that there are
multiple therapies which is effective for the children and young people but some of the drug
which is less in dose but they are effective to provide the therapeutic effect (Santillanes and et.

As per the above discussion, mental health is defined as well being of a person who is
associated with psychological mental and physical health. In this the younger people and
children are faced with various mental health issues which is concerned with the anxiety and
depression. The risk factor are mentioned below and some of the intervention which is used now
a days in effective manner such as the use of proper medication taking advice from the
professionals which is linked with the psychologist units and also the primary aspect to take
support from their parents in order to disable all the negative thoughts which is arises for the
longer period of time in young people and children’s.
