There is need to have better and effective mental health which are
associated with taking care of effective life. In this, there is need to take
care about their better health.
Mental health refers to the cognitive, emotional and behavioural
wellbeing. This is the one which can lead to create high impact on
individual life.
Here, it is essential to consider the health of every individual where sign
and symptoms should include in the effective response towards the
