INTRODUCTION
As health is defined as the state of physical, mentally, socially well being. So the mental health Is
Psychological, emotional State of well being. And in another hand, physical health is the
condition of Body to function well in the prospect of Biological and physical activities. Both the
physical and mental health are interrelated in the prospect of Biological (physiological system)
activities of the body as our psychological Activities or reaction Is depending on the hormonal
secretion from the organs of our body (Hiscock, H. 2018). Emotional behavior also depends on
physiology system of the body, Because the person can react to the different situation by the help
of hormones decreased by body organs. Here in this report, we are going to concern the physical
and mental health of Covide 19 emergency service workers who take life into the risks for
solving the emergency problems. This report involves the consideration of different prospects of
mental and physical health about emergency services workers. Such as the key relationship
between the mental and physical health, range of social and psychological factors that impact on
mental health and wellbeing importance of childhood awareness about mental health, early
Warning of mental stress, intervention and strategies to improve mental stress disorders.

Physical and mental health are vice-versa for each other. They effect each other in the state of
we’ll functioning. As it already considered in the above introduction. Mental health is the ability
of individual to react and manage the different situation of live, through which a person can act,
feel, observe (Shavitt, S., Cho, Y.I. 2016) . It is the state of mind where the person can, think and
work mentally to be happy in their life, it can be also known as the problem solving capability of
individual, way of feeling etc. While the physical health is the ability of body to perform
different activities of daily life, such as eating, workout, office work, hygiene maintenance etc.
So both the mental and physical health are interrelated by physiology system. Along with this
both terms of health are interrelated to perform action, to do activity’s, for example our mental
health help to plan the strategy to get successful in life and to perform those strategies it need to

emergency service workers are facing social and psychological factors, such as fear of self-safety
and family safety, social inequality, threat perception of society, which causes the mental stress.
So it’s a responsibility of health organization to provide the effective support (emotional and
informational support) to their emergency service workers. It has been also analysed that the
early childhood metal health awareness work as strength for ESW, they have to make their own
mental health management plan, by including enjoyable activity, healthy food, complete sleep.
