The client’s perspectives of mental health is the way by which the clients looks after their
standards of living. The client or the patient suffering from mental diseases feel distressed and
helpless. They cannot communicate properly with other people and can differentiate their living
standards with others. The carer’s perspective means the way the care consider the conditions,
crisis and needs of the patient for providing the appropriate and accurate treatment to the mental
health patient. The carers can take care of the patient by spending much more time with the
patient and listening actively to the issues of the patient.

Stigma- The two impacts that stigma have on mental health patients are negative thoughts or
beliefs about any group and himself.
Discrimination- The two impacts of discrimination on mental health patients are wrong or
negative thoughts and isolation from other people.
Culture – The two impacts of culture on the patients are that they can attempt suicide because of
the cultural isolation, the patient even loose the self-recognition because of the cultural
differences (Villalobos et al., 2016)
Belief system- A mental health patient loses faith on the religion and personal knowledge and
also the personal beliefs get changed as the patient changes and reshape the ways they use to
interact with other people.

The two common behaviors shown by almost all mental health patients are –
 Mostly all of the mental health patients show feeling of sad or sometimes feeling down
without any proper reason.
 The patients also show detachment from the reality, low level of energy and sleeping
problems.

 The nurses must regularly remind the patients to brush properly and regularly twice daily.

patient are
 Behavioural and mental disorder occurred due to use of psychoactive substance likes
alcohols and drugs
 Behavioural changes is in association with physical factors and physiological

assessed by the nurse (Bharadwaj, Pai & Suziedelyte, 2017).

attitude which shows that he was having continuous mood changes.
