INTRODUCTION
Mental health/ illness become most concerning substance all over the world. According
to World Health Organisation 2017 at least 4% of world's population are affected from anxiety
disorders and 4% are experiences depression and other mental distress.(Bustami, Riyati and
Julung, 2019) This report covers a better understanding of mental wealth employment skills
competencies.
MAIN BODY
Within the context of mental wealth, it has been determined that soft skills such as critical
thinking is much required. (Bustami, Riyati and Julung, 2019) It can be presented in two parts
which are “the thinking skills themselves and second is meta cognitive skills of analysing the
procedure of reasoning for the purpose of the critique and also improving those skills. Studies
concluded hat there are number of definitions, the critical thinking skills which are based on
universal intellectual morals and values of an individual that also consist several factors, that are
tend to be essential, factors like clarity, relevance, precision, depth, fairness, breath as well as
accuracy. It has been found that it can become a important part within individual's self-directed,
self-motivated as well as self-corrective thinking. (ROLE OF CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS IN
MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT SELECTION, 2011)
It can also defined as active and systematic cognitive strategy of people that can
implemented to evaluate the information, facilitate in solving problems and in making a critical
decision in life of individuals. This skill lies in the heart of number of professions and also it has
been determined as essential component in individual's mental wealth. As the attained
information can facilitate individual to consume or utilize their critical thinking skills while
making a decision. According to studies, these skills also helpfully in determining social models
fro individual's care and evaluation of their complications of patients. (ROLE OF CRITICAL
THINKING SKILLS IN MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT SELECTION, 2011)
Managing up and down within an organisation can be defined as managing inter
professional relationship that matter most to individual's career and their success. The managing
up is much required by an organisation in order to build working relationship within the leaders
and the followers and also it is beneficial in the establishment of open communication. This
methodology which can also help in the establishment of trust and can also allow for
independence thinking in an organisation. As per the studies, there ample of accomplishments

which are found to be achieved by this, there are promotions, it can be a gateway for the
opportunities, promotes special recognition, helps in the improvement of working culture of
organisation and so on.(Ballweg, 2017)
As per the studies, the emotional intelligence is the importance of debiting good values,
being honest to workplace and fro everyone, being trust worthy and also ability of taking
responsibility for their actions. It is found to be important because it can regulate the ability to
identify as well as to regulate individual's emotions and can be helpful in understanding the
emotions of other individuals as well. According to Daniel Coleman, who is an American
psychologist, states that there are characteristics which are found to be presented within
Emotional intelligence which are self-awareness, self regionalisation, motivation, empathy,
compassion as well as social skills. (Khasawneh, 2021) There are also four essential component
of emotional intelligence that are self-awareness, self-management, social awareness as well as
relationship management. There are also considered examples which are found to be, that are as
follows, display of self-control, helps in expressing feelings to others, can help in providing
awareness in respect to individual's feeling and others. The benefits of emotional intelligence
within workplace can able to facilitate an individual by being eligible to better understand non-
verbal cues, it can also help in the establishment of adjustment of behaviour.
Teamwork is very important in Healthcare system as they must divide their work
between their team members includes medical, nursing and health practitioners in order to
provide best health care facilities to their Patients. In order make effective Teamwork Health
professionals are required to provide high quality, safe patient care to the patients, this will helps
team member to become effective for maintaining mental Wealth of their Patients. Healthcare
team faces many challenges like accountability, conflict management, decision making,
reflection of progress, and coaching in order to manage these effective strategies is required for
maintaining strong Mental Wealth in Hospitals. (Kurubanjerdjit and Nupap, 2021) With the help
of training, professional values, approaches to problem solving, and understanding of critical
issues team members become effective to their team for providing mental wealth facilities to its
patients.
The possible benefits for multidisciplinary team is ample source of skills and knowledge
of their team members which makes team work effective. When team members interact and
communicate with patients, as well as give their observations, expertise, and makes decision in

order to optimize patients' care makes an effective team and gives best healthcare facilities.
There are different types of team in healthcare system are Core Teams, Coordinating Teams,
Contingency Teams, Ancillary teams or services, support services and administration which
makes effective healthcare system. Any team of healthcare system should formed and develop
in this manner which makes it effective, strong and coherent in order to faces problems and
challenges arises in future. This can help to provide effective and allow to provide taking care of
the career. This can be effective and allow to deliver quality services and build resilience with
individual.
Countries making best efforts in order to tackle these mental health problems. In order to
handle mental health disorders and mental illness social,economic and emotional costs are high.
Allocation of Mental Health /illness resources become one of the opportunities in which an
individual can develop its career. An individual plan its career in Mental Wealth, this will help
them to develop their career and also help countries to solve problem related to mental health or
illness. Intervention of career development in Mental Wealth can give best results in order to
make positive mental health outcomes. Many fields are there which provides opportunities in
order to care those people who are suffering from mental disorders. They help patients in order
to deal with their problems related to their mental Health such as grief, depression and anxiety.
There are various types of career which can an individual choose them in order to develop its
career are counselling, psychology, psychiatry, social work and nursing (Lartey, 2021). Career
development participation in mental healthcare can achieve positive outcomes in more effective
and efficient manner. Career development practices can improve if an individual study,
understand and measure broader impacts of mental health can give positive outcomes.
CONCLUSION
Overall it can concluded that mental wealth and its component are essential for people. It
can include cognitive intelligence, helps in formulation cultural, emotional as well as social
intelligence and also digital proficiency.
