Assessment 2: Reflective Account
Lot of experience has been gained by me during the development of the module HR7004.
It has been identified by me that I truly enjoyed different phases of this module as it effectively
enhanced my skill as well as knowledge in both professional as well as personal context. It has
been identified by me that during the module I have learnt different online learning strategies as
well as skills which is essential to be a successful HR professional. With the help of my skills as
well as knowledge at the beginning of this module I formed proper time management. Along
with this with the assistance of my collaborative skill I performed my work with other individual
that successfully enhanced my learning in a well defined and effective manner. This module
allows me to learn different type of online tools as well as technologies more effectively, with
the use of Google, the web and the internet through which I acquired number of knowledge. This
module helped me in a number of ways along with their existence of different online tools I track
my activities in order to stay organised. This module will also help me to manage my time and
undertake advantage of useful topics that enhance my knowledge in an effective manner. During
this module I learnt quite few things in context of self assessment and proper time management.
With help of this I developed as well as managed my time in an effective manner. At the end of
this module I become better in managing interruption, setting goal and prioritising. This module
allows me to learn various experiences that improved my skills as well as knowledge in an
effective manner. There were a lot of areas as well as skills which require being a successful HR
which has been learned by me during this module. Along with this, this module also helped me
to learn about myself and facilitated me to stay organised and planned. In order to manage my
activities I take advantage of Google calendar in order to organise my activities and track them
this experience will help me to be a successful HR. This module effectively enhanced my area of
knowledge as well as understanding and perspective to look different things in a different
manner. Along with is the experiences that has been gained by me during this module allow me
to take advantage of better future growth opportunities. Along with this, strong collaborative
skills which allow me to make connections with others in an effective manner along with this I
also enhanced my confidence which is most important aspect to be a successful HR. There were

lot of positive experience that has been acquired by me such as communication and listening
skills that enhanced by area of knowledge. These skills plays most important role to be a
successful HR as it allowed motivating and guiding others in an effective manner. Duve manner
ring performing my role in a team I contribute my best and manage my roles and responsibilities
in team and effective manner. It has been identified by me that I worked in a team in an effective
gained experience to share ideas as well as thoughts with other while understanding their
perspectives in an effective manner. This module was a continuous process that involves
different type of task on this task has been completed by me with the use of my knowledge as
well as skills. This module also allows me to overcome the challenges in effective manner by
managing time that will play a major role in acquiring more growth and development. It has been
identified by me that during this module I significantly enhance my level of confidence and
critical thinking which is essential for my professional proved to be an HR. This module made
certain positive changes in my knowledge and enhances my understanding quality.
It is important for an HR to have knowledge on certain aspects such as different platforms
like social media as it will help them to provide a strong business networking room. With this
one can attract more number of talents. Furthermore, it has been identified by me that it is
essential for an HR to have proper understanding of different software such as human resource,
talent acquisition and talent management experience. There were various forms of experiences
gained by me during this module in context problem solving and communication. This
experience will allow me to become a successful HR and perform my role in effective manner. It
will also allow me to undertake decisions in more effective manner. For an HR it is essential to
conduct roles and responsibilities while assuring collaboration. This has been experienced and
gained by me during this module while working with others. Thus, it has been identified by me
that during this module learning I enhanced my knowledge on certain topics through which I
have a possibility to deliver my role as an HR professional in an effective manner. These
experiences will not only help me to come out from my comfort zone and perform different type
of task but also allowed me to enhance my skills as well as knowledge. The experience that has
been gained by me during this module enhances my overall skill as well as knowledge that allow
me to have access to number of future opportunities. This module also helped me to have proper
understanding of different online and digital knowledge which is essential for my professional
context. With the use of my critical thinking and the experience that has been gained by me
