AI Summary
This report is a reflective account on the importance of branding in modern Eire, focusing on its impact on consumer behavior. The student used the Gibbs model to structure the report, analyzing how branding affects consumers and how companies leverage it to attract customers. The research involved secondary data collection and analysis of consumer behavior, marketing effectiveness, and the development of consumer relationships. The student reflects on the research process, highlighting strengths such as communication and time management skills, and areas for improvement like decision-making. The report concludes with an action plan for improvement, emphasizing the importance of planning, evaluation, and analysis in research. The student also analyzed the use of secondary data, various research reports, and articles to gather the required information to complete the report. The report also includes a discussion of the student's strengths, weaknesses, and how these factors influenced the research outcome and recommendations for Sainsbury.

REFLECTIVE ACCOUNT
The topic which is chosen is importance of branding in modern Eire. The research is
conducted over consumer behaviour and seen how branding impacting consumer behaviour in an
organisation is. With the help of gives model I have explained how my journey of this report has
been throughout. It explains how branding in today’s Eire is impacting consumers behaviour and
companies are using it in order to attract customers to words them. The model effectively helps
to understand and evaluate meaning or branding, effectiveness of marketing functions and how
do marketers develop relationship with consumers while branding their products and services.
Description: I attend an effective opportunity to conduct this research on the topic of effects
of branding on modern Eire. It also helps in analysing the meaning of branding and how
companies are using branding to build relationship with their customers. There were a number of
research and articles studies conducted by me in order to fulfil this research. I worked on
secondary data and collected a lot of data which helps in building literature review for the project
(Jiang and et. al., 2019). This research was conducted to understand the concept of branding and
branding used by businesses to build relationship with their customers and its importance as a
marketing function.
Feelings: While conduction of these following research report over mental health I felt
motivated and encouraged through all my mentors. They were proud of my work and also helped
me in research gathering. The job for satisfaction was achieved by me in the workplace of
Sainsbury and also helped in increasing performance in productivity while conducting the
research report. When I was collecting primary data the respondents were helpful and also
devoted time and effort is to fulfil the questionnaire. It was a good experience communicating
with people in the organisation. Also some issues faced by me in completion of the project as the
data was not sufficient. Due to this I have two look for secondary data available in the market
and topics of branding on which research have already been conducted. It was important to
manage all the activities in a sequence and also in the specified time so that none of the task I left
out at the end of the project report. There are a number of different websites as well as articles
which completely describe consumer behaviour and relationship with organisation those have
manage their brand is affectively. I feel motivated after conduction of this process as I had
control over all the activities which were accomplished successfully by me.

Evaluations: The following report helped me in understanding my strengths and
weaknesses effectively. I was able to evaluate that my communication skills are good and is
helping me in conduction of the research. The communication skill was handy when
communicating with employees of Sainsbury and its customers in order to get the questionnaires
fulfilled. I also came to know that my time management skills are excellent which helped me in
completing all the task related to the following research in time. However there were a number
of weaknesses identified by me within myself during this research. I need to work on evaluation
criteria and also analysis (Casey and Papastathopoulos, 2020). I lacked in decision making
processes and often took wrong decisions. However I worked on all these criteria and made sure
that I am able to observe the situation critically and take accurate decisions so that my research
does not have to face any negative consequences.
Analysis: There were a lot of analysis created by me at the end of this research report
about myself. I came to know that my communication skills and time management skills have
made it easy for me to achieve all the aims and objectivists of this research. I also analysed that
due to communication skills gathering of information from respondents was a very easy task. It
helped me to understand the feelings of respondents and make them comfortable so that the
report has relevant information. I also analyse that requirement for secondary data was
necessary. I then analysed various sources which can be used by me to gather the required
secondary data. There were a number of research report studied, newspaper, magazine and
articles which helps in collection of secondary data. All these analyses helped me to fulfill major
aims and objectivists of research carried on.
Conclusion: With the help of following research conducted by me I can now conclude
that my research skills are good. Along with this communication and time management skills are
also necessary to conduct a research so that proper results can be attained fulfilling all the
objectives of the research topic given. I can also conclude that a proper plan is necessary in order
to conduct a research at stipulated time period. Planning is the first steps which helps in setting
up a path for future activities which are to be carried out during the research. It is necessary for
every researcher to evaluate and analyse various aims and objectivists of the research so that they
can reach to required conclusion. With the help of plan the research was conducted successfully
and all the recommendations and conclusions are derived which can now be implemented on
Sainsbury.

Action plan: Action plan is last stage of Gibbs model which helps in improving all the
weak areas while conduction of a research. I made sure that the research which I conducted
should be presented in a proper manner so that the implementations and recommendations can be
drawn by company and managers of Sainsbury (Müller and et. al., 2019). It was also required to
assess data re-presentation skills so that presentation of research could be done efficiently for the
audience. The action plan consisted of improvement in decision making skills and presentation
skills majorly. I also in for sized on my strengths which were communication skills and time
management skills which helped in collecting of all the data and deriving conclusions from the
research.
