INTRODUCTION
Digital proficiency is an effective measure which is useful in engaging individuals within
various set of digital technology for various set of internal as well as external stakeholders.
Academic proficiency is mainly associated with the degree of the clarity an individual has related
with the specific syllabus or subject topic. This study will also carry out a complete reflective
analysis and the development plan of an individual by setting 3 personal or professional learning
objective.
MAIN BODY
As per the Gibbs reflective model, I have critically analysed that, I have high degree of
communication skills which eventually helps in the transmission of various set of information
from one individual to another (Körkkö, Kyrö-Ämmälä and Turunen, 2016). Communication
skills which includes both written and verbal is referred to as one of the effective measure which
is useful for the success of the personal and professional life of the person. Effective range of
communication skills is very prominent in making people clearly understand the specific set of
information more accurately. I have examined that, proper written and verbal communication
helps in understanding and delivering the specific data in a more accurate manner. Moreover,
while working in the group presentation, I have analysed that I have immense capability to
engage audience while giving presentation by making them understand the relevance to give
presentation on the specific subject matter. At the time of presentation and excel work project
within the classroom has helped me in carrying out verbal communication. Speaking with the
group of audience in turn has eventually helped me in supporting the visual aid and also build
confidence among people (Patton, Parker and Tannehill, 2015). I have learnt how to make my
presentation attractive which eventually helps in keeping the audience engaged and deliver the
results in appropriate manner to the audience. I have also learnt excel to manage complex set of
data. This way it is very useful in sorting analytical and statistical information in order to gain
wider insight on the specific subject matter.

To complete professional degree by the year 2021.
To enhance networking skills in order to get hired for the job after the completion of the
professional degree.

To develop information communication technology skills in order to attain wider set of
long term goals and objectives.
As per the Gibbs reflective model it is very necessary for building and engaging with the
academic and professional skills in order to complete the professional degree by the year 2021.
Integrating with the effective range of academic skills in turn is very useful for the individual to
become a learner (Avidov-Ungar, 2016). It is very useful in improving the various set of study
and research skills in order to develop and work on my own professional skills. Developing good
set of academic skills is very prominent in attainment of the academic success. In order to
complete the professional degree within the stipulated time frame, I will focus on developing the
research skills which is very beneficial in addressing the specific problem. Another major
activity I will carry out is that, I will focus on frequently asking questions with the lecturers in
order to clear my doubts on the specific area of the study. Another major activity within which I
will engage is to be updated with the curriculum and watch lectures online to gain wider set of
knowledge related with the specific study. I will also indulge in test in order to determine the
weak points of the study (Cimatti, 2016). This way it will help me in completing the professional
degree with higher marks and success.
As per the Gibbs reflective model, I have also examined the fact that, networking skills is
considered to be one of the effective measure which is very useful in building the relationship
with the other people. It will help me in maintaining my connection and attain higher set of
objectives related with the career development. I will also focus on improving my emailing skills
which eventually helps in attaining various professional goals (Goldkind, Wolf and Jones, 2016).
I will in turn focus on staying positive and leveraging my influential connections which in turn
eventually leads to attainment of higher operational goals. One of the key activity within which I
will get engaged is mainly linked with building profile on various communication channels such
as Instagram, LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, etc. This way it helps in building new professional
and personal network. Moreover, the activities such as I will focus on building high degree of
professional knowledge with the help of exhibitions. I will go to conferences and also attend
seminars which will eventually help in improving my work capability. This way it helps me
gaining large degree of heights which helps in attaining high professional standards and
efficiency (Ramia and et.al., 2016). I will also tend to focus on effectively engaging in various
set of activities such as taking internship before working with big firm. This way it help me in

score by preparing budget. I will focus on setting key goals and develop skills by watching
business videos by top tycoons. This will help me in gaining wider set of knowledge related to
the specific subject matter. This is very useful in sharpening the selling skills in order to position
the business in the market. It will also help me in monitoring various trends which will
eventually leads to higher operational growth and sustainability of the business (Patton, Parker
and Tannehill, 2015). I will focus on developing leadership and management skills which is
useful in keeping each employees motivated. I will focus on carrying best set of activities which
helps in meeting the needs and requirements of the individual person. I will engage in various
business meeting which will help me in making the business more successful. I will also focus
on determining the high impact of the marketing which is very useful in setting appropriate set of
the goals and objectives. I will focus on setting clear set of the goals in order to attain long term
goals and objectives related with the business. This helps in attaining greater set of success and
career opportunities for the personal and professional development of an individual.
I will also learn various set of information communication technology skills which
mainly includes online collaboration, desktop management, online research, email management,
social media management, etc. This way it leads to higher success and career opportunities for
the personal and professional development of an individual. As per the Gibbs reflective model it
is very necessary form me to learn various technology skills in order to attain competitive edge

in the market. Development of the professional skills will also help me in gaining high degree of
career opportunities for personal growth in the specific field. Professional skills will help me
learning and develop mentoring, monitoring, conflict resolution, critical thinking skills, problem
solving skills, value added skills, project management skills leadership and management skills,
etc. will help me in high degree of success opportunities for the personal and professional
development of an individual. I will also tend to focus on developing constancy, knowledge
based and planning skills which will be useful in attaining higher professional goals and
objectives of the individual person. This leads to better growth and career opportunities. This
will help me build confidence and also focus adapting to the changing business environment by
building various set personal and professional skills by engaging in various set of activities.
CONCLUSION
From the conducted study it has been concluded that, there are various set of communication
skills, employability skills, academic skills, personal skills and professional skills and
information communication technology skills which is very useful in the attaining various set of
personal and professional goals and objectives. It is very useful in improving the various set of
study and research skills in order to attain higher career growth and objectives.
