tends to enhance the danger of physical illness and other types of mental health conditions like
that of the depression. 1The anxiety in an individual can also lead the individual to suffer from
sudden attacks of panic, obsessive-compulsive disorder. The individuals who tend to suffer from
some form of anxiety also tend to suffer from disorders like post-traumatic stress. It also leads an
individual to have fear or worry about the events that is about to take place in the future. It
makes the individual have a fast rate of the heart as well as from shakiness. However, it is to be
noted that an individual who is suffering from some form of anxiety also tends to feel very much
nervous or tense; they tend to go through a feeling of restlessness. Various studies that have been
conducted indicate the fact that anxiety in an individual often leads the individual to suffer from
some form of fatigue as well. It is because of the constant anxiety in the mind of the individual,
the individual fails to put his or her full concentration over a particular work that he or she is
doing. Anxiety also disturbs the sleep pattern of the individual. It may also lead the individual to
suffer from insomnia.2 Anxiety in an individual also makes an individual have suicidal thoughts
as well. People going through some form of anxiety problems often worry a lot. They often fail
to control their worries as well. Anxiety in the individual also makes the individual feel restless

and irritated all the time. They fail to relax, and they tend to ignore the people and places like
meetings, gatherings or parties. However, one of the best ways to get rid of anxiety is through the
counselling or medications.

Counseling is one of the best strategy that tends to enhance the health, safety and
wellbeing of others, MGH community as well as of the others. Counselling is considered as one
of the best method to deal with disorders like anxiety, depression and grief. In the session of
counselling, the therapist or the person who deals with the patient tends to break down the reason
or the problem into smaller parts. 3The therapist also tends to break the problem of the disorder
into more manageable parts. On participating in the counselling sessions, the therapist helps the
individuals to learn new techniques and methods in dealing with different types of disorders
which are related to anxiety. Counselling also helps the patients to acquire various kinds of skills
and talents through communication. The counselling also helps the individuals to gain more
confidence in themselves. The counselling also helps the individuals to have good cooperation
with the others. The counselling helps the individuals to understand the root cause of the problem
and work accordingly.4 It even helps in attracting and even retaining good talent. It is considered
as one of the humanistic approaches for the development of the individuals. In the session of the
counselling, the therapist tends to provide outside perspective. They also tend to redirect the
