Mental health is defined as the cognitive emotional behaviour of any individual who is
physically fit and cheering their life with the proper wellbeing. Overall, the mental health is
usually providing a thinking ability of the individual who have major aspect to think feel and
behave like an individual who is dealing with no any consequences in their mental scenarios.
This all perspectives are usually identified various ways which helpful for individual to live their
life in proper wellbeing. The condition of mental health can affect the daily living relationship
and the physical health which is associated with the individual and this disruption can create
stress, frustration and so on. Overall, the condition of stress, depression, and anxiety can affect
the mental health and create the various factors and consequences which is related with the
individual life (Gaskell and et. al., 2021). As per this, the mental health is essential approach for
every individual to being well. In this, the services for the mental health disorders provide
treatment support or advocacy to people who have psychiatric illnesses. These may include
various factors such as medical, behavioural, social, and legal services are applied. In this, as per
this, any consequences faced by an individual which is related with the mentally ill and need
proper services in the healthcare sectors. Moreover, this is analysed that austerity is a concept by
which the patient whose face is high risk of mental health our need to take the treatment and
diagnose and health care services need high amount to pay for that particular services. In order to
this, it impact on the health of the people due to the improper services and austerity play negative
role in that. Moreover, the evidence predating austerity found that there was an increased risk of
suffering a common mental disorder when the individual is living in a low-income area. This risk
is significantly higher in the numerous sections among the people that they are most commonly
face the variation in their services due to the austerity (Mays and et. al., 2018).

BACKGROUND
In this, it is well analysing that the condition of austerity and the impact in the healthcare
services are older as per this from the previous years this is well analysis that the condition of
low-income peoples are suffer in the variation of the services which is usually provide in the
healthcare sector. The common approach towards the doctor the physician in order to provide the
treatment to the patient who is dealing with a low income are not advocate and proper because of
austerity (McClelland and et. al., 2018). The austerity is defined as those people who is dealing
operation the consequences and complications with their income and this is create the income
gap between the services. As per this, the health care services are usually depending on the
amount and however the people who is dealing with any mental illness or disorders lead high
payment to done with the healthcare sectors. In order to this, they are able to provide as much
amount to healthcare sectors and the service provider is not able to provide the services in the
proper way which can lead to cause various complications with the patient and the consequences
are reliably increase as per the continuous time. This creates negative factor on the patient due to
the lower income and create various abnormal scenario with the treatment and diagnose for the
patient. They need proper management within the healthcare sector and this is approved when
the patient is reliable to pay as much amount which is needed by healthcare sectors in order to
fulfil the treatment and management (Stagnaro and et. al., 2018).
As per the various finding, this is analysed that the condition of healthcare sector is
improved as per date today. In the previous years the healthcare sectors were not sufficiently

required to treat the patient who is dealing operation the issues with the mental illness. there are
various mental disorders such as depression, anxiety, eating disorder and many more. These are
the disorders which is related with the mental sequences. There is various orbit which is fixed by
healthcare sector in order to provide in the services to the number of populations they usually
conduct some of the campaigns in the rural areas or in urban areas to make the awareness about
the disease or any factor which is create endemic and pandemic. Overall, from the above of topic
it is analysed that the individual is facing or dealing the issues with the mental illness and they
have not sufficient amount of income in order to pay healthcare sectors. As per this, it creates
various dilemma in that particular source of region and create the conflict. Moreover, it is well
analysing that the conflict which is arises due to the low income in the healthcare sectors are
common nowadays due to the bargaining of the healthcare sectors related with the disease or the
patient treatment and diagnosis. However, this can be read created by using some of the proper
intervention and create a fix amount for the particular disease when any individual want to take
their treatment. They are required to pay as much amount which is fixed by government for that
particular mental disorders. In this, it is well implying that the condition of mental illness creates
criminal violence and due to this impact, the mental disorders offenders are usually arising and
create various violence and that particular healthcare sectors. So, it is necessary to take some step
which is taken in the previous years and respect to patient and service provider (Torvik and et.
al., 2018).

According to Duffy (2017), there are different understandings about the concept of
services in views of the mentally disordered patient. This is regarding health equality and no
discrimination in delivering health care services to everyone. Health equality is the one in which
there is a need to provide equal access to health care to every people. There should not be any
variation in providing services to a specific group or community. Mentally ill people should have
the right to get equal access to health care services in a proper manner that can lead to creating
improvement in better health. Healthy quality should be there that can allow every individual to
get better access to healthcare services and get effective treatment related to their diseases.
Health equality says that there should be no any type of variation within people which can create
variation in providing of healthcare services along with treatment. Mental disorder offenders
should have also the right to achieve the equal right for the delivery of services whether in a

crisis of economic funds. There should not be any variation in providing healthcare services that
can highly impact the improvement of public health. There should not be any variation during
the delivery of services due to a lack of economic funds. Health inequality can offend any patient
who is either suffering from any disease or any mental disorder. There should not be any type of
health inequality that can eradicate the situation of getting equal rights of delivering of services
which are regarding healthcare services. There should not be any type of discrimination within
the patient that could lead and affect the delivery of healthcare services to a specific patient. Due
to discrimination, there could have a bad impact on the improvement of the health of patients
which can affect any person due to discrimination in delivering health care services. There are
different laws and legislation which has been formulated for receiving and fulfilling the demand
for providing health care services without any discrimination due to any reason. Patients who
had the right to get equal healthcare services without any discrimination could be either
economic or gender-based.
According to Donnell, (2018), health equality means health care services provided to
everyone equal and efficient manner. There should not be any discrimination of resources that
can prevent the assuring delivery of the best health and services to people. There should not be
any ethical or racial discrimination that can affect the delivery of healthcare services to some
specific people and create equality with the delivery of services to a normal person and mentally
disordered person. To provide everyone equal healthcare opportunity, there is a need to create a
better quality of education for the health care professionals for allowing everyone to get the
opportunity for equal delivery of services within healthcare. There should not be any income or
wealth gap that can affect the delivery of healthcare services for any patient. There should not be
any unsafe environment that can harm delivering of healthcare services to the base and that can
help to improve inpatient health. The mental disorder of any patient has the right to get health
equality and every individual have the same opportunity to get access to health care services
which can be either free or low-cost check-up to everyone. The unfair and unavoidable
difference in health status and create a difference between access to health care services that can
create difference due to income or social gradient. There should not be any impact on delivering
Healthcare services to any individual that can harm patient health. There should not be any
evidence of barriers of social protection or income, education work-life condition, social
inclusion, an organization's structural conflict or any type of unemployment. There should

delivery of healthcare services to every individual ineffective and equal manner. This is to
provide effective health care treatment and diagnosis to the patient that to the normal people with
normal disease or the person with a mental disorder. The variation between providing healthcare
services can violate different laws and regulations in healthcare premises for providing unequal
healthcare services to every individual. This can lead to create a high ethical problem and lead to
the disintegration of the law and create the high level of dissatisfaction with healthcare services
that could harm patients' behavior and patient with mental disorders. That should not be a
violation of any rules and regulations between providing healthcare services to every individual
that can be used to create the result of offending of patient regarding rules and regulation. This
can create discrimination on health inequalities during providing of healthcare services for
improved health.
According to Buus, (2019), austerity impact providing healthcare services to mentally
disordered people. This can create a high impact on the delivery of services which can due to
differences in wealth and economic conditions. This is the one which is highly able to impact on
service delivery which is due to not getting a forward the better treatment and delivery of
services in fewer prices. Austerity impact on getting better services for mental disorder patients.
To avoid the austerity problem in healthcare, Government have different rules and regulation
along with policies which can help the patient with mental disorder to get every health care
service and treatment in the free or low price range. This is highly effective for getting better
health care treatment and services for improving health. There are different government-driven
policies in National Health Services to reduce the patient investment in mental health services
and provide every individual better treatment and better access to health care services for young
people and old people both. Government has different intervention services which provide
funded by local authorities to result in delivering better health care services to every individual
and reduce the cause of getting less health care services due to the impact of austerity. From the
year 2010 to 2011 local authorities have reduced their budget regarding Mental Health Services.
This creates an experience of an increase in waiting time for access to better healthcare services.
This creates high difficulty in achieving different services which can help any improvement of
the patient with a mental disorder. There are different reductions in healthcare services due to
improper funding and people don't have more money. Due to austerity, they are not able to
access the health care services which they require effectively. This creates a negative impact on

the improvement of the patient with mental health disorder and creates less effect on their health
improvement. There is a need to create better funding and the government should use the rules
and regulations along with policy in the improvement that can implement on the ground level.
This implementation can lead to provide better access to healthcare services that should not be
differentiated due to austerity. Austerity had a high impact on access to health care services
which is due to not having enough financial status that could not afford costly treatment
regarding mental health disorder.
According to Rong, (2019), austerity is the highly interactive one that is of mental
disorder which can with their due to low income. This risk increased among the population who
are living with income of an equal area. They are not having enough finance for getting
treatment in a private hospital. This leads to creating a difference within people and they are not
able to buy unnecessary things. This can provide them comfortability and spending their
lifespan. This impact on mental health and create mental health disorder due to low income. Due
to austerity, people are not able to get access to healthcare services which is due to a lack of
earning and funding. Government has made different policies which can help to provide such
type of people with austerity and mental health for better access to health care services. The
government has made different health care for such people with austerity where health care
services are provided free of cost or at low prices. This helps to create a better impact on access
to delivery of services but due to many people like to use these services, this creates long waiting
hours. Furthermore, the government has decreased their funding to provide mental health
disorder services which can create a lack of providing in healthcare services to every individual
and not have the proper services to people with austerity. This can harm a patient with a mental
disorder and create less improvement in health. There is also a negative impact on their mental
health which should decrease due to lack of funding or finance status. Austerity has a negative
impact on access to health care services which could have a high impact on the improvement of
the health of the person with a mental disorder.
