INTRODUCTION
Product development is a process in which new product is been launched in the market to
satisfy all needs of customers. Menu planning is the process in which customers can choose the
menu according to their balanced diet. The Italian restaurant that had been mentioned in the
report is pizza pick up. It is an Italian restaurant and international concession that has been
founded in 1958. This restaurant having 16,796 restaurants pizza in all over the world. In the
report the restaurant is need to discuss some principles and factors of recipe development and
assess the factors that influence the menu planning decisions (Wright, 2018). It also make an
emphasis on the factors that influence the service methods. Pizza pick up also discusses the
stages of menu product development plan. It also evaluate the influences of different factors on
the product development process that has been mentioned in the report.

Menu development is a process in which people make orders according to their balanced
diet of the customers (Renwick, Redman and Maguire2013). Pizza pick up need to satisfy all
