The store shall be located at 27 Lower Manhattan Street, New York 10004 and will store fashionable and stylish clothes. The store
will offer quality men and women clothes at reasonable price to the customers visiting the store. The store will be named The Fashion
Galaxy and will provide new, stylish and fashionable clothes for both men and women at reasonable prices to make its own place in
the market.
The stock keeping unit level (SKU level) shall be determined by taking into consideration the amount of money available in the hands
of the store for procurement of stocks and as per the demand of different clothes and apparels in the country and specifically in the
New York City (Jacobs, Chase & Lummus, 2014).
The detail of SKU level has been determined after considering the findings of the research conducted in the city. A questionnaire was
used to ask questions about the preferred clothes of men and women in the city. On the basis of answers of the questions from
questionnaire a preferred list of clothes have been prepared below (Taskin & Lodree, 2016).
The reason that the above items shall be stored in the stock is because the research conducted has showed that the following items of
