wide range of products and services to customers. In order to manage business during Covid-19
Company is required to implement sustainable practices in order to conduct business operations
while assuring positive outcomes.

The organisation selected to conduct present research is Merlin Entertainments which is
dealing in hospitality industry. This organization is facing issues to manage business during
Covid-19 period. It has been observed by Merlin Entertainments that issues related to

help in evaluating change inhaled by hospitality industry for their longer survival in crucial time
