Relationship building with the key stakeholders.
Establish the staff schedules, tasks arrangements to ensure the conformance the
departmental objectives and goals.
Determine the physical requirements and prepare budgets accordingly.
Negotiate agreements with outside providers and subcontractors.
Job requirements:
5 years experience in event management and in related field.
Good negotiating skills with hotels, entertainers and other vendors.
Capabilities to develop the professional relationship with all aspects for resulting
stability, consistency and reliability.
