This report assesses the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policies of Metropolitan K9 Services Ltd, specifically focusing on health and safety measures and their impact on stakeholders and business practices. The study examines relevant health and safety legislation and regulations, including the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, and other key workplace safety standards. The research employs an interpretivist philosophy and an inductive approach, using a case study methodology with a sample of 20 employees. The findings highlight the importance of CSR and health and safety policies in the security industry, emphasizing their role in stakeholder satisfaction and legal compliance. The report concludes that effective health and safety practices contribute to a safer work environment and improved employee well-being. The study also provides recommendations to enhance CSR and health and safety policies within the company. The report uses Thematic data analysis.
