INTRODUCTION
Graduate challenges are the approach used by the university students, as it helps in
ensuring and gaining the knowledge related to the corporate world. These challenges are mainly
used to develop the abilities and skills in students in order to cope up with the dynamic
environments. This is a test which is performed by students in order to improve their competency
and skills. Graduate challenges mainly includes the apprenticeship, presentation and t shirt
challenges for students. Apart from this these challenges mainly enhances the communication
skills effectively in university students. This refection report will focus on mainly analyzing the
apprenticeship challenge, presentation change and t shirt challenge. Also the skills being
developed while performing these challenge. lastly, it also shows details of action plan which
helps in developing skills.
MAIN BODY
1.Analyzing the apprenticeship challenge, presentation challenge and t shirt challenge.
Apprenticeship challenge: These challenges are the mainly the training programs which
generally helps students in learning by doing things. By performing these challenges enables
students for learning and developing highly complex skill for solving various variables. these are
the vocational programs which helps students with the models and various behaviors for
performing tasks and work (Gray, 2020). The apprenticeship challenges help students by aspiring
and completing the desired task within stipulated time. as it provides models, and knowledge for
achieving goals effective goals. moreover, it generally aids in developing and building abilities
and skills for students which is not been acquired by them.
Presentation challenge: These challenges are being conducted for representing various
information, ideas, thoughts related to particular assignment or work. With the help of this
challenge an individual aid in presenting new, latest ideas to the large group of individuals. By
participating in this challenge has assisted me in learning and presenting effectively the
information in a precise manner (Freeman, Mack and Collins, 2022). By performing this
challenges helps in learning various skills which has resulted in improving the productivity and
also develops the pathway for building better carrier and grasp beer opportunities in carrier. this
challenges also give competitive advantage to all students of university.

T shirt challenge: These are the promotional tool which is being used by various
businesses, as these helps in marketing of various products for mainly for the small enterprises
also for the medium enterprises. T shirts are designed on custom basis, with printing of logo,
monogram with bright colors for attracting the customers. it is considered as the cheap and most
attractive way to influence the customers in order to purchase the products of the company. As
these are the walking advertisements of the company (Morreale, Thorpe and Myers, 2022). with
the help of this advertisement customers easily trust towards the products which helps the
company in retaining those customers for purchasing their brand products.
Also analyzing these challenges in term of business angles includes Branding it generally
involves attracting the individuals and retaining the customers which helps in growing the
business and brand. As by performing this challenge the t shirt will be worn by an individual
having logo which mainly advertises brand. In this the target audiences will be selected. As by
branding I have learned various skills mainly nonverbal, verbal, which helps in easily and
effectively communicating. Also the time management and team working is being learned from
this challenge for timely spreading message and performing various academics tasks. In terms of
Finance this challenge has helps me in learning about the proper utilizing of the budget which is
being given for performing the challenge. This aids in managing the viable resources fully and
with the stipulated time. furthermore, it has helped me in gaining knowledge about the making of
the product with the t shirt challenge and arranging all the finances for making the product with
the appropriate quality and in sufficient range of price. Also for the Operations I have majorly
learned to operate with various departments for producing and designing the products.
2.Reflection on the skills developed during these challenges
Skills gained form presentation and apprenticeship challenges
Time management skills
While performing this challenge has helped me in developing the time management skills
as for presenting in front of people it requires prior rehearsing of information, tis has helped me n
doing the assigned assignments prior of the deadlines of submissions. Also while performing the
apprenticeship challenge helps in providing creative solutions for solving problems easily which
aids in achieving desired objectives on time.

Business skills
By performing the presentation and apprenticeship challenge has helped me in
developing the business skills. as these skill supports in building better relations also helps in
effective communicating the information to all the team member’s in clear and precise manner.
This test also aids in developing other business kills including meeting skills, time management.
Team working skills
These challenges have also helped me in building the team working skills, as It motivates
me for performing various roles at one time which is being assigned by group of member’s in
team (Rämö, Lahdenperä and Häsä, 2021). As it aids in gaining confidence and engages in better

By performing these challenges aids me in developing good communication skills by

brainstorming or solving issues with appropriate solutions.

By performing these challenge has aids in encouraging and building better confidence for
organizing the team meetings. it also helps in performing various tasks and plan meetings
appropriately.

The t shirt challenge aids in learning finance skills for as it includes in purchasing,
marketing, branding, designing. Also assists in evaluating profits.

This challenge has also developed my decision making skills, as decisions related to designing of
the t shirt, Pricing of t shirt, selecting the quality of t shirt and various selection of colours for
printing the t shirt. All these has helped me in developing decision making skills.
Business skills
I have also developed Business skills as of branding, financing and managing various
operations for designing the t shirt. Moreover, the marketing skills is being developed while
performing this task.
Communication skills
While performing this challenge has aids in developing effective communication skills
mainly the non-verbal, as the promotion of brand will be done by using t shirt and consumers
will interpret the message by seeing logo and monogram which is designed with bright colors
(Apprenticeship, presentation and t shirt challenge, 2022). So it enhances verbal as well as non-
verbal skills of communication.
Team working skills
Team working skills are being developed while performing t shirt challenge as for
designing the t shirts various members from each department including the marketing, printing,
finance will be needs, which has generally helps in better coordinating and further encourages
team working ability.
