INTRODUCTION
Career development plan helps individual in achieving certain goals within the specified
time frame. Also, the present report is based on grabbing the best job opportunities related to
accounting marketing post that is wished to be achieved in the future. Also, the study will specify
certain skills through SWOT analysis that are existing and needs improvement so that gaols
might be achieved easily. Furthermore, personal analysis will provide various evidences on the
skills that are lacking and need approval in the application form. Lastly, career action plan would
be presented that will help in improving and enhancing the specified skills over the period in
most systematic manner.

Based on post of accounting marketing post that I wish to achieve in the future and from
the feedback collected from the others it can be said that my communications skills are very

much strong that would allow me to establish good interaction with large number of people.
Also, through best communication skill I would be able to handle number of employees within
any organization workplace and solve there queries in the best possible manner (Back, Tulsky
and Arnold, 2020). Furthermore, it can be said that through communication skill organization
software that are used to manage the accounting marketing might be managed effectively.
Moreover, I have identified that to manage accounting marketing it is important that there is
presence of strong critical thinking skills and I have realized from my past working that this
skill is present inside me up-to certain good level as in certain challenging times I have been
able to thought of various possible solutions that might be applied to solve the situation in the
best manner (Waliszewski and Zięba-Szklarska, 2020). Furthermore, some provided solutions
have also been worked well and resulted in the positive outcome.
However, based on my experience and feedback from others I have realized that there are
certain areas that need to be improved so that I am able to perform better in the future and would
be able to garb the best organizational opportunities based on my accounting marketing post.
Also, I have realized that while working in any business firm I need to have the best teamwork
skill so that various tasks might be delegated well within any kind of group projects. Although
this is skill I still lack evidence in but even though if found than these skills might be improved
through using Belbin team role method while working in any kind of the group (The Nine
Belbin team Roles, 2022). Also, this method would help in analysing each individual role before
assigning any task so that effective team might be developed and positive outcome might be
derived in the end at the completion of the task.
Moreover, through recent feedback from the projects I have come to know that I am not
very well aware about certain business concepts and thus I need to enhance my knowledge in
these areas so that I am able to work in the best possible manner. Furthermore, knowledge of
business concepts would allow me to practice certain things at the workplace in appropriate
manner. Thus, this is the area that where I feel weak in my overall application as for the post like
accounting marketing it is very much required that strategic marketing of the firm is done
through proper efficiency, accuracy and knowledge of the accounting concepts. Also, I have
realized that time management skill is also lacking inside me as I am not able to manage
various task in most efficient manner and on the given deadlines. Furthermore, due to this
particular reason most of the time I remain stress and is not able to focus on the other things that

are part of my daily routine work (Soundararajan, 2022). Also, I have analysed that in any
working of the firm it is very much required that there is proper technological knowledge so that
various software might be sued in the best manner for the accounting marketing post (Ayyildiz,
2022). However, being less tech efficient I am not able to work on various software and hence
this would cause hindrance in achieving certain personal short and long term goals in the future

Thus, from the above all skills that have been identified proper action plan need to be
developed so that same might be improved in the future. Also, the goals that are set might be
developed through SMART objectives so that they are specific and measurable (Butler and et.al.,
2021). Furthermore, from the collection of the feedbacks and reviews form other below action
plan would be followed so that I am able to get the maximum benefit out of it in form of

Thus from the above action plan table it can be clearly said that it would help me in
improving or enhancing certain skills so that I am able to work effectively in various business
firms that are based on my related field. Moreover, for improving General business knowledge I
would make sure that I read lot of journals, books and articles so that working of the managers in
various firms might be closely understood. Also, it is required that time management skills are
also enhanced so that both personal and professional gaols are achieved while aspiring to wok in
any of the field in the future. Furthermore, through this action plan I would be able to increase
the technical skills so that I would be able to handle all high tech gadgets the workplace in the
best manner without relying on other for the help. Also, technical skills would allow saving time
and carry out the work smartly and smoothly that would allow me to work for higher post in the
future and garb the best opportunities in the specified time frame.

CONCLUSION
From the above it is concluded about grabbing the best job opportunities that is related to
the accounting marketing post that the person wants to get in the future. Also, the study has
evaluated on the SWOT analysis that are existing and needed to be improved in order to achieve
the goals in the future. Furthermore, personal analysis has described about the various evidences
on the skills that are lacking and need approval in the application form. At the end the report has
described about the action career plan that will help in order to improve and enhance the skills
that helps to get the better job opportunities in future.
