INTRODUCTION
Career view point is the major perspective of a person in academic life in order to achieve
and accomplish various career related goals in a specific time period. In academic life career
view point play a major role by developing different opportunities which are essential for career
growth (Alexander, 2017). In academic and professional life, it is essential for a person to
consider career view point in a precise manner to gain growth in career related life. In this report

PERSONAL ANALYSIS
In the academic life it is important for a person to perform personal analysis in order to achieve
organisational goals and objectives. I personally take interest in marketing of a business to
develop business sales. According to me there is major responsibility of person to improve
various skills and knowledge of marketing for growth and development. I personally get inspire
from marketing manager of Tesco as he is able to manage major operations of Tesco in different
countries. I understand that marketing manager of Tesco has various challenges and
opportunities that is why it becomes hard for a marketing manager to manage all the tasks and
activities. I have developed leadership skills in myself to manage large number of workforce in a
set period of time (Dheer, 2018). I consider that communication skills are important part of a
person’s life which helps in increasing harmony between two or more persons. The
communication skills are important part of personality of a marketing manager and it is very
much essential for a person to learn communication skills for team development. I personally
think that it is essential for a person to develop leadership quality in order to manage different
people. I observe that democratic leadership style should be followed by a person in order to take
mutual decisions which are beneficial for an organisation.
I will personally ignore autocratic leadership style in different operations related to a business as
the decision which are formulated in this style are not mutual. I will personally try to improve
my time management skills in order to take necessary actions in a specific period of time. I will
also consider various development related skills in order to gain competitive advantage in real
life. I will take assistance from experts and seniors which will be beneficial in providing
experience based learning to different people. In the era of stiff competition between different
companies it is essential for me to develop competency skills for talent management (Dikilitaş,
2018). Many business organisations nowadays choose a candidate who is having precise
practical knowledge of information and technology. I will learn to develop practical knowledge
of computer systems and advance software which can used for performing marketing operations.
I will try to formulate short and long term development goals which are beneficial in
achievement of formulated business goals and objectives (Gallant, 2017). Communication and

leadership skills are my two major strengths which will help me to serve an organisation in a
better manner.
