INTRODUCTION
Career view point is important in order to make right career choices with an aim to get
growth & success in future period of time. While making career choice, it is imperative to
consider own skills, abilities so that one can alien efforts in appropriate direction. Appropriate
career choice allows a person to reach at height of success. In current competitive job market, it
is not easy to survive without having suitable career choice (McCarthy, 2020). It helps in
personal as well as professional development and also significantly boost the level of confidence
of an individual. In present report, marketing manager is the prefer career option. Here, detailed
personal analysis is discussed in the following report along with weakness and strengths of

Personal analysis is a process by which individuals are likely to assess own skills,
abilities, strengths as well as weaknesses. By personal analysis, one gets clarity regarding career
goals and opportunities which are present within environment. With this, individuals can

period of time (Super, 2020). Personal analysis is helpful in utilizing strength towards attainment
