PERSONAL ANALYSIS
I am a hardworking and dedicated individual who focuses on improving my performance consistently
and achieving high quality of output. I have developed various different abilities while working as a
Hospitality Manager which has been helpful in managing people appropriately. It has a positive
impact in my performance and has been crucial in order to coordinate with different people in the
industry. I have gained appropriate knowledge about management and cooperation by studying
business and management at the degree level (Kerr and et.al., 2020). I want to become the head of
the HR department at a reputable organization that is helpful for me to achieve better growth. I have
good presentation skills that are useful in order to have a positive impact in the people that I meet
on a regular basis.
I have good learning skills that are useful in order to improve my interest on the subjects that I have
learnt. I have the ability to recognise topics and apply them in my job role which is crucial in order to
achieve better success in the industry (Fox and et.al., 2018). There are certain skills which are
required to be improved by me such as communication, time management, team work and problem
solving as they are highly effective in order to enhance my performance in the desired job role.
These skills are crucial for me to improve my personality and increase my learning of the crucial
aspects that are helpful in order to achieve better quality of output (Khoiriyah and Husamah, 2018).
These skills will be helpful for me to gain better opportunities in the future and increase my success
in the industry. I will focus on consistently learning different methods to solve problems and give the
required solutions which will be beneficial for me to develop these opportunities and gain better
advantage in the industry.
