Introduction
Career research is defined as a study to look into new possibilities pertinent into life
improvement with an objective to be better and effective in future. In addition to this, it
outline relevant courses or training which an individual required in order to commence a new
career. It mainly help an individual to analyse the extent of interest which in turn assist in
developing future goal and path in an appropriate manner. It is important for a person to gain
knowledge about skills, knowledge as well as capabilities needed for performing the future
job so that it can gain growth and success (Ghanizadeh, 2017). The present report will consist
of personal analysis that include strength and weakness associated to specific field. A review
of the expertise, skills, and competencies required to achieve opportunity based on interest
level is also provided. With the guidance of my instructors and self-evaluation, I've
determined that my skills are appropriate and feasible for a job position in the banking sector.
The banking industry is one of the fastest-growing and most promising sectors in which an
individual can learn, grow, and develop both personally and professionally. My interest field
has been decided to be employed as a salesperson in the banking sector, where I can easily
apply my experience and skills. My abilities and skills enable me to carry out my
responsibilities in an efficient and suitable manner (van Laar and et. al., 2019).

Personal Analysis
I accomplished my research assignment successfully, and I am thankful for the
opportunity to research and analyse the benefits and concerns related to career planning and
management. I was able to grasp the importance of a given subject thanks to my academic
experiences and skills. It plays a vital role in effective development of an individual
personality and also initiates support towards attainment of desired goals and objectives in
one’s life. In order to make my data further valid and credible, I used both qualitative and
quantitative analysis methods for this research study. This aids me in achieving my research
goal in a very productive manner. I thoroughly investigated about the material facts provided
to me from my class teacher and various project attachment which were provided to take
guidance for completion of this project as per perfect requirements. Moreover, I also enhance
communication and critical problems solving skills. I understood the importance that

communications plays in not only business context but also in personal life stages of an
individuals (Jackson, 2017). It helps in conveying of thoughts and ideas from one individual
to another and also avoids any sort of misleading behaviours in an organisational structure, it
promotes effective operational working of the firm and shape individual efforts working in an
organisation for completion of desired organisational objectives as a whole. I also learn time
management skills this will help me career and I also use these skills to prove my capabilities
to take any challenge and give my best. I learned that challenges are faced by every
individual in their respective phrase of lives, what important is that how an individual or a
group of individual deal with those challenges or issues. I want to add by saying that, in
somewhere in life times, if an individual come across a failure, he/she should not be
depressed or frustrated, we should always treat failures like one step ahead of a success. This
was the key learning from the above report that I prepared. I not only prepared the report but
by the process of preparing, I came across various issues and challenges such as of less time
and resources. However, thanks to my proper management and decision making skills which
helped me in completion of this project on time and I guess I have completed all the
requirements of the project which were mentioned in the brief. I also noticed my strengths
and weakness that helped me to reduce my threats so that I can take any future opportunities
very effectively (Pierce and et. al., 2018). Thus, this project has provided me a chance to
work on new skills and knowledge and give me strength to overcome any issues. The new
learning that I gained during conduction of this project will hopefully help me in conduction
of various future assessments and will provide me put me on advantage side and will
definitely achieve the glory of success.
Career Action Plan
A career action plan is a detailed document created and maintained by youth people to
represent their growing career development knowledge. Teenagers may use the plan to help
them set goals. Specify the steps that must be taken to achieve these objectives. Make a
commitment to participate in the events that have been organised (Neck and et. al., 2018). My

Conclusion
From above discussion on this report it is concluded by me that banking sector
provide me various growth opportunities in my future career and for this just after completing
my graduation I will start searching opportunities in baking sector. For selecting the best
sector which make my career my teachers and friends both play a signification role in my
life. I analysis that self-investigation and my personal evaluation is help me in identifying my
strength and weakness. It will help me in reducing my weakness and take advantage of
available opportunity which helps me in developing my career. From this report, I analysed
that selecting a right career is very important for higher growth. I develop an action plan
which includes various smart objective which are important for effectively performing a job.
I analysed that there are various skills which are required for effectively performing the job in
banking sector. Such as good communication skill, team management skill, effective
utilization of resources, problem solving skill and so on. From above discussion I analysed
that developing a career plan is very important for a person as it help in enhancing skills and
knowledge. By developing my skills and knowledge I am able to successfully start my career
and these skills helps me in my future growth and make me a better person.
