INTRODUCTION
Career view point is one of the important stage in the lifecycle of student or individual.
Proper estimation or planning must be done in appropriate manner so that they student or
individual can improve or enhance their career. This will provide appropriate direction in order
to achieve greater things in life. Most of the student done their career planning after graduation.
This will improve personal and professional life of student. There is a great opportunity of job in
the market for talented and skill full student. The job opportunity can only occur if person have
appropriate set of knowledge, skill, expertise in their particular area. Job opportunity will raise
due to most of the job advertisement. Individual must keep on updated in job advertisement
platform through which it can select interested job profile that also match with its current ability,
skills, knowledge etc. This report aim towards personal analysis of skill along with career action
plan. This also combines of CV as well as LinkedIn profile that provide more job opportunity.
The job opportunity in career of accountant is very brilliant option as per career view point. This
will require skill set like experience work, accounting knowledge, communication, credibility,
awareness etc.

Personal Analysis
The personal analysis is most important for career development of individual. This will
direct towards clear picture for removing own weakness and well as strengthen own knowledge
and skill. Based on my personal analysis, I choose my career as a junior accountant (Balogun,
2019) . For developing my advance career I mainly focus on my CV up gradation as well social
site like LinkedIn because most of the people get job opportunity from the LinkedIn profile. Here
both employer and employee got a chance for their career development and easily communicate
with each other. Apart from this my personal analysis says job advertisement plays more
important role in career development (Godden, 2020). In order to enhance my personal analysis,
Job advertisement plays major role. I conducted primary research with most of the company with
HR department so that, this will brings more option for career advancement. This will leads
towards best advertisement of job opportunity. Multiple options will generate from this job
advertisement. From that, one job is founded as junior trainee accountant as an intern that match
as per my interest. This job comes from Alpha chartered accountant company. This job requires

good communication in both of the term verbal as well as written way. It will require more
dedication of own skills so that it would be beneficial for both personal and professional skill.
Company improvised culture enhance my interpersonal skill. As per my personal analysis I need
to improvised my knowledge and skills so that it would be able to perform responsibility of job
position. The skills that is required are managing numerous of accounting data as well as
maintain all financial accounting data transaction (Hansen, 2017). There must be knowledge of
tax filling. This will enhance my knowledge of accounting skills from basic to advance level. By
enhancement of these skills and knowledge, it aids in improving my learning experience and it
helps in future job opportunity. This job improves and develop my skills like efficient organising
ability, good in numbers, facts, figures analytics. Deep understanding of financial principles,
reporting etc. Spreadsheet proficiency is most effective tool for accountant. Apart from this
most of the skills are enhances like time management, adaptability, analytical skill, critical
thinking, interpersonal communication (Jiang, 2017)Along with these skills most of key
functioning knowledge of accounting department like money out, in, payroll, reporting, financial
control etc. The responsibility of junior accountant combines of posting as well as processing
journal entries. So that all business activities will direct in order to record most of the financial
transaction. This will leads towards solving problems of invoice related and modernize account
receivable. Modernise of account payable is essential to execute reconciliations statement.
Through these current skills it will help in future job opportunity and leads towards career
development. This will strengthen current skills and remove my weak knowledge areas. In
current job I got a chance to improve my basic accounting knowledge to advance level. The
quality of this job is very effective as this will leads to positive, productive and valuable record
of myself in professional development. This job provide a gateway to enter industry of finance
department and acts as important department this will reduce financial risk. Apart from these
skills and knowledge, practical exposure is most efficient in the job opportunity. Without
practical experience these skills are nullify as most of the companies prefer good working
experience along with matching skills. As per my personal analysis Junior Accountant post or
job profile is most suitable for me as it match with my skill. This my interest based job as I have
experienced in the field of accountant. I want more in depth knowledge in field of Junior
Accountant so it would be beneficial for my future career growth. For this I work upon practical
exposure of Excel, financial risk, financial record etc.

more advancement in career learning improvement opportunity. This plan help to establish goal
of career in order to provide clear direction for accomplishment of pre determine goal. In career
action plan appropriate commitment is essential for the development of planned activities
(Kohlmeyer, 2017). Career planning is most effective tool that must adopted by each individual.
As it provide proper decision making in order to enhance your career development. Here are
some steps in career action plan before developing own career plan for future job opportunities.
First step- Recognising own vision, value, interest, ability and skills, in which individual
want to move career. This stage about three principle like selecting appropriate career
direction as per own choice and career development. New challenges at workplace by
upgrading skills and interest ability.
Second step-Explore more career option by collecting more information in respective
particular area. This combines to finding career occupation of own interest and matching
skills, knowledge as per training requirement.
Third step- After selecting a proper evaluation of career option is needed. This will
provides clear option that which stage is best for career growth and manage all types of
challenges occurs in career.
Fourth step- This is the final stage to develop a career plan, it combines of proper long
as well as short term objective that depicts clear reality outcome for completion of each
step in career. This will brings high motivation and more identical towards career.
Career planning is one of the practical way to handle challenges in personal work life.
This will help in identifying propriety level and leads towards successful and effective
career growth as well as development.
Based on my current job as a junior accountant In need to improvised my knowledge, skill and
ability so that and I can strengthen my ability for future perspective growth opportunity
(Peiyuan, 2018). This can be done only by my career action plan. As per my personal
assessment I need to improve my presentation skill, pronunciation or communication skill, time
management, MS Excel, interpersonal, critical thinking and data analysis in order to maintain all
records of accounting. These skills need to be develop so that chance of being successful in
career get increase.
