Present study has highlighted the description about the organisational behaviour as how it
plays an important role for studying how individual interact with the group of people or others.
This study has discussed the evaluation of the motivation and communication topic with respect
to the Tesco company. It has also discussed the theories related to the topics along with the
solution for problem that has been identified regarding the topic. It further carried out the
primary research and tool description along with the finding and discussion. Where it also
illustrated the recommendation.

role for the success of the business. Motivation at the workplace incorporates with keeping the
work force stable and it leads to develop the confidence among the employees and improvise
their work performance (Aurigemma, Mattson and Leonard, 2019). A motivated employee is
more productive for the firm as compared to demotivated person. Thus for Tesco it is essential to
have the better and pleasant workplace, have a culture of rewarding and other factors that keeps
the employee motivated towards their work.

According to the Maslow theory, it is said that a employee will be motivated when their
