INTRODUCTION
Leadership refers to the ability of the individuals or the group of persons that used to have
great influence on the other people in order to follow them in the company. The current report
will outline the self-reflection on the leadership and management by stating the strengths and
weaknesses. This report will also construct the e-portfolio of personal development activities by
doing the SWOT analysis as the evidence.
MAIN BODY

Leadership and management capabilities refer to the strengths and abilities that used to
evaluate and helps the person in order to have better guidance to their employees. These skills
help the employees to learn the better things from the leaders which help them to achieve the
goals in the competitive market (Figueroa and et.al., 2019). These capabilities include the
communication skills, motivation to employees, thinking skills and emotional intelligence of the
person. As the leader I used to have the best communication and management skills that help me
to provide the better skills to my team members. As this is the most required skills as
communication with the team members I the one of the important task. The team- oriented
leadership model used to state that the leaders must have the participation of the team members
in the decision-making of the company. As the leaders of the team I used to follow this model as
this helps me to have the better ideas from the team members. Some leaders are successful by
following this model as this makes the company to make the better decisions in order to grow in
the market. This model used to provide the coaching and training to the employees that helps
them to grow. As I used to follow this theoretical model I used to provide the training and
coaching to the team members. This used to have enhancement in my skills and helps me to
develop more. I need to do some improvement in the technical skills as the technology is
changing very faster. By focusing on the McKinsey 7s model helps me to develop and assess the
well-being of the people in the company (Schoemaker, Heaton and Teece, 2018). The
management capabilities are termed as the capacity of the leaders that helps them to run the

There are various leadership and management skills that are required in order to develop
the skills as an individual and as the member of the team (Zia, 2020). As my active listening is
not good I need to improve these leadership skills in order to manage the activities in the
workplace. In order to work as an individual I need to develop my technical skills as this is the
most important skill in order to lead in the market. To improve this I will get the training of using
the new and innovative technology that helps me to have the better management activities in the
workplace (Donate and et.al., 2022). As the member and lead of the team I also have to manage
the work that helps me to have the proper working. By working on the passionate projects I will
improve my thinking and analytical skills which will develop and enhance my knowledge in
working. Thus by having the proper planning of the leadership and development activities helps
me and my team members to grow and achieve the success in the competitive market.
