England, London and area of Paddington. It has stores more than 959 in UK which also includes
stores of food and beverages. This company also offers online purchase and food delivery
services in join venture with Ocado. This project stated that analysing and comparison of
Management and Leadership which shows that leadership is more about being charismatic and
managers are more formal, the three metric tell about the performance of the company with the
help of plan and procedure and how organisation is leaded by the companies leader and how
