INTRODUCTION
Leadership is the quality of influence people, so that it could be easier for achieving the
objective which are attained enthusiastically and willingly. Management is the discipline for
managing things in the best possible manner. It is also known as art or skills that in which the
work is getting done through individual or some other. Leadership and management in
organization which help to develop and began the strategies and sustain the competitive
advantage. This report will explain about the existing management and leadership skills and how
they actively engaged with the development, participation, planning and execution of leader.
MAIN BODY
Leadership and management capabilities in order to identify the strength and weaknesses.
I have analysed about that top leadership and management skills organization are also
seeking in workforce that include the motivation, communication, delegation, emotional
intelligence and strategies thinking. These all skills are desired with having better organization
concepts and how they are being translate into having good leadership. I have come to know
about that communication skills, which play the effective role to influence and guide the team for
working with well (Ubaka, Lu and Gutierrez,2022). This might be having better strength for me
through which I can easily work and keep the other motivated for working with better
communication methods. While the workforce should also effectively negotiate with various
people and many other staff outside of organization. I have also come to know about that how
the communication is important, and active listening is also essential for me in keeping the
employee for working with proper conversation.
I need to work more towards the strategies thinking, through which this help me for
knowing about that how the employee will have the ability to solve the problem and considering
the short and long term goals. Strategies thinking which involves the planning for future and staff
member that can work with plan and just reacting about the present business situation. I have
analysed that delegation for the employee is also important for developing the capabilities
towards the leaders and manager in organization (Askarpour Kabir And et.al., 2022). It could be
my weakness in such a way that delegation takes the teamwork to meet the company objective
and goals. But, I have divided the work among the team and fewer team working have taken
place. Effective leader also come to know about when to delegate the responsibility and ensure

the work on budget and on given time. This could also play the effective role through which they
project and delayed decision can take place easily in organization. I usually, try to prefer the
transformational and transactional leadership styles for the growth of organization.
Transformational leadership in which the leader inspire, encourage and motivate employee to
create some changes and innovative that will help the organization to grow and shape out their
future growth (6 Leadership Theories for Career Growth, 2021). I keep focus on training towards the
employee so that could be easier for the employee in developing knowledge and skills, it could
be more helpful for taking new solution to old problem.
The situational theory which must be important for developing the strength in
organization. I have also seems that, in general way if the situation may responding this could be
required for having the coaching, participating and delegating, commanding so that could keep
for working well. This theory which help the leadership and management for developing with
their strength and also try to make sure for having flexibility towards the work. This might be
important for organization also keep them for working with some strategies and adopt styles
based on work (Thapa, Voola and Yesseleva-Pionk, 2022). The behavioural theory, I have
analysed that this keep focus on person environment not work towards the natural abilities, along
with this also likely to act or lead with having certain styles as results with the behavioural
response for environment. The trait theory which must be also followed, that certain natural
qualities tend to create the good leader quality. I will also manage the strong leadership skills,
and also lead for having the huge better qualities for leaders that can included the communicators
and listeners.
However, I have also come to know about that good listener which play the effective
role and ensure employee for working with good qualities. I have also come to know about that
leadership styles which must be important for keeping work with proper track and this must play
the important conceptual for growth and development. Leadership and management styles in
organization which keep their focus on working with some effective concepts and have the
abilities to work with some strategies (Generation and Desjardins, 2021). I have also analysed
about as leadership skills weaknesses through which sometime I am unable to communicate and
focus on work. This also help me for play the effective role of leadership with having the
qualities skills and also ensure for working with some better skills and knowledge. Leadership
and management are being highly actively involves in developing the planning, participation,

From the above report it had been concluded that, leadership and management which
seems to be important for the organization. While this is also important for working with some
better strategies through which the team work can be complete over the given time. This keep the
growth and development for the team work and helpful for them in succession towards the goals
and objective. Leadership and management capabilities that could keep the organization for
working with better growth and keep the high qualities' development for which the team can
work and keep them actively towards any activities.
