Introduction
Team work is being considered as the effective skill that significantly maintain the
collaboration between organizational performance and self-improvement. The purpose of this
study is to develop the argument based on the important skills and those implications in the
organizational context.
Discussion
During the MGM class ‘teamwork’ has been identified as the essential skill that can
significantly influence the organizational principle. Attending the class, I have learned about
effectiveness of collaborating the team work as well as organizational activities so that the
possibilities for getting success can be increased. I strongly believe, with the effective utilization
of team work capability, can bring standard impact on professional career. Following the
organizational principles, it can be said that in order to manage the standard operational process
as well as managing the career opportunities, effective team working skill is needed. As an
example, it can be said that the CEO of Microsoft, Steve Ballmer has praised the team work as
the essential skill which is needed for ensuring the standard business practices in the workplace.
In order to ensure standard financial transaction as well as effective business operations,
effective team working ability is needed. It can ensure delivering the standard quality of work
within selected time. In the MGM learning program, team working ability has been considered as
the important component that can drive the standard public relations in the workplace, which can
significantly impact on the organizational performance.

In this study, it can be concluded that team working ability is being considered as the
effective skill that can ensure the performance standard in the workplace.
