Introduction
This report depicts the five journal articles on five different topics that support the business in
achieving the goals of the businesses. The articles in this report support in developing knowledge
in the context of the management and business. It also provides an opportunity for the learners to
enhance the skills for handling professional responsibility. This article consists of brief
discussion on the article by covering the respective topics. It also helps out in analyzing the
managerial role in the businesses by taking an effective and efficient decision so as to achieve
the goals of the organizations. This report covers up all the relevant topics which are necessary to
guide the learners. These factors also guide the businesses to take effective decisions in the

The main purpose of this report is to make the ethical choice for governing the relationship

corporate governance. The author of this article also focuses on the resources combination and
its impacts on making better decisions for achieving and maintaining the long term success of the

the local firms in society. For complete understanding, it is important to understand the
combination of the resources of inter firms that affect the choices of governance. In the previous

management of risk by establishing the relationship among the corporate social responsibility
and audit committee. The audit committee and corporate social responsibility both are the vital

manner. The author of this article used the structural equation modeling method so as to utilize
the study in this article in the best manner. The main findings of this article are to establish a
positive relationship by managing the risk through meetings of the audit committee so as to make
the necessary disclosures related to Corporate Social Responsibility. This article is imperative for
the policymakers and shareholders so as to effectively monitoring the practices of CSR related
disclosures. This article supports the businesses to acknowledge the management of the risk by
disclosing the CSR practices of the businesses so as to conduct the business practices in a fair
and transparent manner. Further, the finding of this research investigating the variable of the
audit committee includes internal process and committee directorship. CSR practices support the
business in enhancing the business image in society and also support the organizations in
minimizing the business risk that affects overall the productivity and profitability of the business.
In accordance with the author, the result of the SEM model impacts indirectly over the risk
management among the audit committee and corporate social responsibility.
The researcher of this report concludes that it is important to improve the effectiveness of the

Conclusion
As per the discussions in this report, it concludes that the organizational structure and
governance is one of the most important factors that support the banks in fulfilling the objectives.
This aspect supports the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) to frame the effective
structure for governing the organizational functions by optimum use of the resources. Further,
the organizational structure supports the Westpac to allocate the roles and responsibilities at all
departmental levels. The Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ) governance supports
the banks in preserving the values of the shareholders. For the efficient and effective functioning
of the banks, the organizational structure and governance play an important role in managing the
business activities at all departmental level. It also supports the banks in taking appropriate
decisions at various levels and help out in achieving the business goals and objectives.
