Introduction
 Australia has been consistently ranked high among the
most open countries for international students as a
study destination.
 During the modern times, there has been a significant
rise in the number of higher education institutions in
Australia.
 Even if a number of benefits are available to the
international students were studying abroad, there are
a wide range of difficulties associated with departure
from their home country and attaining a qualification in
foreign language (McCarthy and Humphrey, 1995). One

made to find the methods through which

•In this case, the business model of the company is to help international students in finding suitable accommodation at a proper price. In this regard, the company will try to find
accommodation for the students near their education institutions.
•This will help the students in saving their time and money that was involved in reaching their institutions from faraway locations. Moreover, by staying near their institutions, the students
will be able to save on their transportation costs.

•Similarly, it will also provide a sense of security to the students as they will be living near their education institutions. As mentioned above, a lot of international students come to Australia
every year.
•However, finding suitable accommodation remains a problem for these students. Moreover, there is not much support available to the students at present in this regard.
•Therefore, the company will try to deal with this issue and help the students who have recently arrived in Australia in finding a comfortable location at an appropriate price. Price is also a major
concern for the students who have recently arrived in Australia. Moreover, these students are also worried about their safety.

•Therefore, they want to have accommodation near their education institutions. This allows the students to save some money that was going to be incurred as
transportation costs if the students are living far away from their education institutions.
•Similarly, having a comfortable accommodation also helps the newly arrived students in settling down to the environment of the new country.
•Ensure that the international students are aware of their housing rights and obligations. Ensure to provide students to rent private property or reside in student
housing accommodation (Niven, 1987).

Conclusion
 It can be stated in the end that as the focal
point of education as an export industry is on,
increasing the number of international students;
sufficient attention could not be given for the
welfare of these students, particularly in terms
of their lodgings and living expenses. The most
recent research is mainly aimed at identifying
the shortcomings that are present in available
accommodation and/or asked the experience of
international students regarding their
accommodation (Poyrazli and Grahame, 2007).
