The Problem we are solving is… The traffic problems in the city. With the increase in the
number of vehicles the problem of traffic is increasing. The cars have to stand in the traffic
queues for hours because they chose the wrong lane. If the drones are there for surveillance the
cars can take the roads which are comparatively empty and this will solve the problem of
extreme traffic snarls in particular streets and will evenly distribute the traffic.
Our Solution is… Drones will be employed by the authorities to keep a surveillance on the
traffic on the road then these information will be fed to the city traffic department and this will
help the city traffic department to clear out the traffic from some particular roads and then
directing the traffic to some comparatively emptier roads. The drones can also help in detecting
fire and mitigate the problem of fire by alarming the concerned authorities.
This is a huge opportunity because... The problem of traffic is increasing by the day. Therefore
it is necessary for the civic and the traffic departments to come into possession of machines and
gadgets which will help them to clear out traffic in the best possible way. Therefore these drones
can be supplied to them. Apart from that these drones can be used for personal usage by the
people who wants to keep surveillance around their home in the most efficient manner, however
such usage will also require government permission.
Our Target Customer is… The authorities of the cities, which are responsible for the
management of the traffic in the cities. The police department is one of the primary target
customers. The private users who have large properties will also be pitched about the various

benefits of the products and so that they can buy the same and use for surveillance on their
properties.
Our Competition Includes…The other drone makers in the market. Especially the ones who
deal with such smaller drones. The police department already uses such drones and therefore the
drones from this company needs to be given at a lower rate.
We made money by… Selling the drones and also by arranging investments by the investors
who have faith on the particular product we are offering.
Our team can do this because… The team comprises of some of the best technological experts
who will contribute in making a very successful product which will serve its purpose very
efficiently.
Next we will… Be improving our drones so that more functions such as rescue operations,
surveillance for maintaining the law and order of the various cities within Australia.
What we need right now is… Investment from the various investors so that the infrastructure
necessary for the purpose may be built and the various raw materials and components to build
the drones.
