Strength- My inner strengths which were till now hidden to me has been revealed from the

up psychological ownership which is one of the most important aspects of my nature.
Secondly I am capable of earning the trust of others as because people have immense trust in
me as they believe that I have the capability to take up strong leadership and responsible roles
and guide the other people in the right direction. I also have the strength of solving different
problems in a much easier manner. The solving of the different business problems in the

Weaknesses- My biggest weakness is to be lacking the power of proper selection. I basically
fail to understand my limit and try to be multi-tasking in nature. However, I am not able to be
multitasking as I do not have that capability in me. The absence of proper excuses and

perspective to utilize the opportunities and also ensure the success of my career in a proper
and efficient manner. My biggest opportunity lies in the trust shown by the people. I must
utilize this trust and ensure my success.
Threats- My weakness has invited a large number of threats that needs to be measured and
mitigated in a systematic way. The very first threat is my overconfidence. Too much
overconfidence has often led me to take a large number of tasks that I am unable to complete
in time. Apart from this I have also failed to implement the results of the study in a proper
manner. This has seriously been my threats and it has an adverse impact upon my
professional development.
Diversity
Apart from the SWOT analysis my High 5 results can also be considered to be one of
the most efficient test results that can help me to develop myself as a successful business
professional in the future. At the very beginning it has been assessed that I am a time keeper
and does all the work within the deadlines. Secondly I do not fail to deliver the promises
which can be linked to the SWOT result as because the SWOT result clearly suggest the trust
kept by others on me. This trust has been attained by means of delivering all the different
promises and also acting as a mentor for others. The High 5 results clearly suggest the

of my positives. The SWOT result thus clearly links with these results and proves my inner
strength and capabilities.
Organizational Fit
The Coca-Cola Company can be justified as the best selection for me. There are a
number of different reasons behind such a selection. First of all the business perspectives of
the Coca-Cola Company totally matches with the research as because the company uses the
stance that is used in the modern world and also suits to my own career development stance
of developing in a capitalism mind-set and also the development of the organization in a
proper manner. The most important element among the business organization is the presence
of a proper ethical culture that completely matches with my ideals. The company has a great
sense of responsibility and runs their operations in a smooth manner. The presence of the
sense of the responsibility is something that I have in me. The fact that the company will be
able to provide me the environment where I can be more responsible helps me to adopt to the
situation in a more composite manner. Though there have been some major ethical issues for
the company in terms of the products, the company being a well-known face in the beverage
industry helps in the presentation of the best workplace to employees. Lastly the engagement
of the organization in the community also adds up as another major reason for my selection
of the company.
Conclusion
The following report has been one of the major source of self-assessment that has
been addressed to answer the different perspectives related to the proper analysis of the inner
strengths and capabilities of a person and also the analysis of the solutions in a proper and
