Introduction
The presentation is focused on the business environment through which it can be analysed
that how managers focuses on the techniques and approaches which will help in developing
effective management in the organisation as per the business environment. The presentation
includes about some economic principles in the context of business environment and how
professional skills can be enhanced by developing and learning professional programmes.
Further the research focus on the business environment approaches which are needed to be
applied by the managers to develop business growth in effective manner.
Definition of business
The business can be defined in the terms of operating and managing the commercial activities
in effective manner. The essential purpose of every entrepreneur is to develop its business
growth by providing quality of services to the customers which help in developing customer
retention rate. As per my learning the business is one of the major risk factor which a person
takes for the success of his in the long run in the future. As per my opinion the business
activities can effectively handled by the entrepreneur by adopting effective business
approaches which will lead to most successful factors.
Economic principles
There are some essential economic principles which is essential to be considered and
regularly analysed by the entrepreneurs. I have analysed some economic principals such as
facing tradeoffs in the business which will lead to extra benefits to the corporate culture
through which effective decisions could be made. Cost of something what you give and what
you get in written. I have analysed while my professional learning that in business every
action has a chance of risk and it has chance of accomplish high targets in effective manner.
Extra efforts beyond the comfort zone make a person eligible to grab the better opportunity in
the organization.

Business environment
The performance and growth of business is depend on the factors of business environment
and I have analysed that there are various factors such as internal and external environment
which can create impact on the business performance and can lead to various benefits and
disadvantage in the context of companies. Further, I have learned that effective customer
relation can be developed by analysing the requirements and demand of the customers as per
the current and changes business environmental changes (Tokuoka, 2012).
Professional goals
My essential professional goals is to enhance my professional learning in the context of
managing and performing all essential activities which help in analysing the changes of
business environment and in taking effective decisions in the context of developing business
growth. Develop my professional strength will enhance my power and this will enhance and
develop my skills in maintaining relations with others (Valentine, 2014)
Learning and professional development
In present my learning approaches has helped me in accomplishing my goals and helped me
in providing better experience to manage everything in effective manner. With the help of all
these professional development activities I can enhance my future learning which is based
upon always based upon the continuous improvement one should make emphasis on the
capabilities which make them achieve their objectives and goals (Tokuoka, 2012).
Learning experience
As per my learning experience I have analysed that how factors and changes in business
environment can be analysed and how these changes can lead to impact on business
performance. Further, the essential motive behind enhancing my learning experience is to
develop my own skills and these learning experiences have provided me the platform in
which I am ready to learn new things and retain new information which will be helpful in
near future and contribute in growth and development (Whitfield & McNett, 2014).
Professional development other than studies
I learn how to manage everything and every task in timely manner through which I have
learned how effective management can be maintain in effective manner (Valentine, 2014).

practices are playing essential role in my professional development and has helped me in
enhancing my learning experience.
