rules as well as regulations gets operated in case of this type of communication.
2. Grape vine communication involves gossip within the employees. One of the major
challenges faced by the management of several organizations includes moral and
ethical concerns related to gossips. Employees of organization where grapevine
communication is implemented, often gets involved or get victimized of inappropriate
gossips related to their personal life. This imposes negative impact on the productivity
of the organizations. Employee attrition is a good example of the negative impact of
