professional life and to be honest with the people who come in contact for the use of
company’s resource (Glavas and Godwin 2013).
Disruption- in case of disruption for maintaining the ethical rules and responsibility the
issue needs to be addressed first.in situation of the innovation in the organisation a small
portion of donation is made for the purpose of inculcating new skills to the employee by
providing training sessions. It is the rule of the organisation to lead the employees into the

As a general manager, a meeting has been conducted to welcome the new managers
along with the existing ones. The leaders can achieve ethical realignment as they have an
enormous impact on creating and sustaining a company’s ethical climate. It is important for a
leader to be equipped with the traits and is to be recognized as an ethical leader who is
respected by his or her followers. A leader who has the sense of ethical leadership knows
how to maintain respect for all the members or of the individual by listening to their opinion
and query attentively. It also matters for the leader to value the contribution of the employee,
it is important to be compassionate and being lenient with the viewpoint from one as well as
considering the viewpoint of the opposing one (Yukl et al. 2013).
