Two Business leaders located in the Saudi Arabia
It can be said that leaders focuses on managing the overall activities of the business. It is
important for the leader to possess the overall qualities so that positive outcome can be attained.
Therefore, in this report, the focus is given on two leaders who are Mohamed Al-Mady and
Abdulrahman Al Fadley.
One of the famous leaders is Mohamed Al-Mady. He is one of the chairmen of the Saudi
Arabian Fertilizer Company and also he received the award of international petrochemical
heritage award. The leadership quality which is liked by me is related to creativity. It can be
stated that this leader is one of the creative leader as he thinks and manages the overall activities
effectively. The leader possess critical thinking as it can be analyzed that with proper thinking
and managerial power the production of the company has been enhanced (Goffee & Jones,
2015). The employees are also happy by the decisions which were taken by him in the business.
He also focuses on the ideas given by others which is one of the best quality of him liked by me.
It can be seen that a leader can be considered as best when he or she listens and take
opinion from their employees (Nei, Foster, Ness & Nei, 2018).The impact which the leader has
in his organization is that the employees are influenced by him that has given positive impact on
the overall working of the company. The success is related with the influential attitude of the
leader which has also motivated by the employees to give their best towards the organizational
activities. The leader also focuses more on technology and innovation. It can be seen that
technology can help to achieve success and can also help to attain the competitive advantage
prevailing in the market (Cronin, 2018).
The background of Mohamed Al Mady is related with the engineering which is done by
him from the University of Wyoming, USA. He is also known as one of the third most influential
person in the global chemical sector by London based industry magazine (Cronin, 2018). He
developed the skills to be a business leader by analyzing the issues which are taking place in the
workplace. It is necessary to have the problem solving skill so that it can be easy to accomplish
goals and objectives in the workplace.

To be a good business leader it is important to have proper communication skill so that
the information can be conveyed to the employees in a proper manner. If communication skill is
not there then it can negatively affect the overall working pattern of the company (Kaplan,
Cortina, Ruark, LaPort & Nicolaides, 2014).
By considering the component related to communication skill it can be seen that if I will
be on the position of the leader then it can be easy for me to convey the accurate the information
to the employees. I have good communication skill which can help to convey the messages to
the employees and it will also motivate them to give their best towards the overall activities of
the company.
The second business leader is Abdulrahman Al Fadle. He has the quality related to hard
work and dedicated. It can be stated that he is one of the responsible person towards the overall
activities. He focuses on managing the activities with dedication and also manages overall
activities of the workplace. He also emphasizes on enhancing the team work as he believes that if
there is proper coordination in the work then it can be easy to achieve success in the competitive
market.
Abdulrahman Al Fadley worked with Almaria Company. In the period of 2000-2015, he
was given the position of the chief executive officer of Almarai. Abdulrahman Al Fadley
achieved success in transferring Almarai from the local organization to the biggest vertical
integrated diary organization on the global platform. The company is also considered as the
largest producer and distributor of the food products in the region (Forbes, 2018).
The background is related with chemical engineering. He completed his engineering from
King Saud University, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Before being the part of the Almarai
Company, he also worked for 13 years in the oil sector (Forbes, 2018). Abdulrahman Al Fadley
developed his business skills to be a business leader when he works as the assistant in the
Almarai Company. From there he was able to gather the information and implemented the skills
learned on the overall activities in the workplace.
To be a good leader one of the components is related with honesty and integrity. If the
leader is not honest towards the overall activities then it can be difficult to achieve success or to
compete with the competitors prevailing in the market (Engelbrecht, Heine & Mahembe, 2017).

By considering me as the business leader, it can be stated that these qualities are possessed by
me. At the time of solving the complex issues, honesty and integrity is one of the factor which is
considered by me.
So, to develop transformational leadership skill, I will focus on having clear vision. If I
have a clear vision then t can be simple for me to attain and also to communicate in the proper
manner the overall vision in the workplace. It is important to communicate the vision in the
workplace as it can help to achieve success in the market and also it will motivate the employees
to give their best towards the assigned activities.
So, it can be concluded that it is important for the leader to have communication and
honesty and integrity so that it can be easy to achieve success. Without these components it will
not be possible to grow in the competitive market. Also, to be the transformational leader it is
important to focus on clear vision so that it can influence the employees in the workplace.
