Q1. What are conflicts values evident in the case?
In the given topic which is ‘can a strong culture be too strong,’ the major conflicts values are
employees attraction and retention. Company employee’s decrease and due to this problem, it's
hard to attract the employee's interest. The company focus on new appointments as compare to
retain the existing employees. In these situations, these employees want to leave their current
job. These conditions affect the business of the company.
Company suffer from unbalancing funding management and cannot give salaries to their existing
employees. On the other hand, it is also identified that in company partiality is also coming and it
changes the attitude of the employees. Workers of the company suffer from their workload. They
have no time to give their family members due to stress and work pressure.
The lengthy process of the work increases the employee’s workload. Due to this problem
employees suffer many problems not only internally but also externally. It is also investigated
that company face problems in its investment and turnover. Due to this factor employees give
negative feedbacks to the company, it not only affects the business but also affects the image of
the company (Muls, et. al., 2015).

that resolves the values conflict?
In the given case study, the company face many issues and it is challenging for it to attract the
employee’s interest and gain talented employees. In this case, it is suggested to Indira pandit and
Sudhir Gupta towards resolves the conflicts which are; it is essential for the organization to
retain the existing employees by using some effective techniques. It is essential for the company
to understand the worker's emotions, know their working style and solve their issues.
It is also identified that company employees complaint with their staff which is a heavy
workload so they cannot have time to spend with their loved ones. So it is suggested that reduce
the pressure of the workers and give work within a given time period.
It is recommended that the company needs to plans for future perceptive so it will gain the
chances of growth. It is essential for the company to upgrade the working style of the employees
and identify the requirements of its employees. The company should analysis the employee’s
performance and take care of them.

This issue affects the employees working style and their performance. It also affects the
management of the organization.
Conflicts are coming due to the mismanagement of the CEO and vice president views. Both
people give a different point of view and not properly sure towards their decisions. It shows
conflicts in their thinking. It also affects the workforce and creates confusion towards employees.
Employee’s interest decline: Due to this issue it decreases the image of the organization.
Employees want to gain more income and increase their abilities. But the company not fulfil
their demands and needs. In this condition, they decide to leave their existing job (Sebastião, et.

Problems in executing the plans: It is another issue which is faced by the company. Company
managers and staff member have doubts and due to this problem, it creates barriers to execute

benefits to them. It is essential for the organization to provide a clear vision and mission towards
employees. In the present situation, it is needed for company business as well as employees to
gain the chances to develop competencies and growth. It is essential for company employees to
build their skills and knowledge so it will give them better chances for success.
Funds management: It is necessary for the company CEO and HR management to manage the
fund’s investment and maintain the cost by providing suitable salaries toward its employees. It
not only helps to attract the employee’s interest but also helps to retain them. It is already
mentioned in the given case study which is organization is responsible for the salary issues of
employees. It decreases the interest of the employees. They de-motivated and not give their full
potential for organization growth and success.
