How has your experience prepared you for this course
The experience during my internship, I have seen that the framework for MBA is 2-3 years.
Stepping the stone into long-term goals and create visions to achieve it. There are nine strong
foundations to make strong career plan such as industry position, unique career plans,
community agenda, assured for the first step and specific positions (Undavia, Dolia, & Patel,
2016).

How do you ensure the required outcomes of your course are met
I have accomplished my decided outcomes, which come up with creating leadership skills
such as effective communication skills, building the teams, inculcating ideas, responsible,
adopts to the changing strategies. A situation presents when our lecturer delegates projects
and create teams to complete it, where I was authorised to become leader (Booth, Shields, &
Carle, 2017). Therefore, I decided to distribute the tasks to all the people in the group by
understanding their skills and finally I have complied all the efforts in word file and
presentation. However, here each person was allowed to give their part of presentation and I
have adjusted and complied as per the series and implication of economic implication of
business. This situation got me to learn several aspects of a team, which indicates that I have
created a flow of information to successfully in such a way that interpersonal skills,

The conclusion says that while monitoring and managing personality, I have seen that I have
learnt hoe motivation and leadership can enhance the performance of the employees. The
teachers can evaluate this performance by checking how we have presented the presentation
(Redmond, & Dolan, 2016). As a conclusion, the main aim to extend my studies further to
groom my personality and attain beat attributes to get maximum job offers during my
placement offers.
As you think about the future, how might you apply your studies in later life
In order to improve my interpersonal skills, I need to enhance my skillset by applying
appropriate model. Gibbs cycle is assessed in several circumstances by foreseeing the
situation and evaluate it. Reflection can enhance understanding, encourage person to think in
a systematic way about experience during the particular event (Powell, & Gibbs, 2018). The
Gibbs cycle helped to follow this particular procedure and identify negative and positive
situation during my internship. After studying the business studies based on economic
implication on business, I have studied financial performance of the companies so that I can
study the impact of economic factors of country. Further, I have decided to pursue masters
after graduation, which will start after the selection of specialisation in any course that have
started in finance and human resource management. Using the Gibbs Model, after team
experiences and presentation then I decided to pursue organisational behavioural theories and
finance management (Rubens et al., 2018).
