job and help reduce the labour turnover properly. The internal communication has the types
such as downward and upward communication (Mizrahi, 2015). The upward is the type of
communication which is the process of interaction with the employees from the management.
This includes the exchange information, feedback, express enthusiasm, offcorrectly offering
ideas and job satisfaction
n the other hand, thenward communication is based on the flow of information which process
from the top to bottom superiority of the business. This includes some elements like morale,
booster, obtain feedback and encouragement and much more. The horizontal communication
happens ween the employees and more than two groups of the individual who worworks the
same level of the company. For an mple, build the goodwill, accomplishment, proproblem-
solvingd teamwork improvement etc.

link with the globalisation concept, orientation program, handling new clients for the
employees. The manager forgets the meeting with the new customers due to orithe entation
program. The is why the organisation faces the loss due to lacthe k of multitasking skill in the
