Summary
Business proposal is considered to be a very effective process of business
communication. By the help of business proposal the visions and missions of the company
(Sentana, González, Gascó & LLopis, 2017). With the help of the business proposal the
discussion with the client becomes very easy and there are certain possibilities by the help of
which the company will be able to sale its product in a very easy way. With the help of business
proposal a persuasive speech can be conducted with the client which helps it’s easier to
communicate in a better way with the client (Hittmár, Varmus & Lendel, 2014). Previous studies
has been proof of the fact that business proposal has been very effective in the past.
The three key points which has been learned from the discussion are:
 With the help of a proper business proposal a company can easily attract a good number
of clients which will be aiding in improving their business. In future I can implement this
idea while dealing with new clients.
 The business proposal can be considered to be an effective means of communication
since it covers all the different aspects while communicating with a client and can be
easily implemented by me in the future when I join a company.
 The missions and the visions of the company are also determined by the help of an
effective business proposal which is very much important in the business structure of
organizations.
One example in which the business proposal can be used in real life is while making a
digital marketing proposal to the client, all the various aspects of the project will be described in
it. By the presence of the various budgets and timeline which will be presented in the proposal
