Introduction
This research report stands a critical argument regarding the annotated discussion
presented in Assessment 1A in terms of team development and learning, team
communication and educational diversity in the team performance. The critical analysis has
been established by adding other supporting materials. It can be mentioned that discussion in
the existing papers lack the fact that dynamic environment has a strongly impact on team
culture and performance.
Analysis
An article on Team Dispersion and Performance by Eisenberg, Post and DiTomaso
(2019) has mentioned that communication could strongly affect team performance but the
paper lacks discussion about how and why communication required in a team work and how
dynamic market environment creating the necessity for communication. On the other side,
another study performed by Schaubroeck et al. (2016) team learning is required to promote
communication and apply communication, but the scholars of this study did not mention
about the major factor how organizational learning has changed and how globalization has
influence the process of organizational learning. In response to this statement, Crane and
Matten (2016) mentioned that due to rapid dissemination of globalization trend across the
business have changed the ways and trends of business across the world.
Conclusion
The argument helps to observe the fact that existing studies have mentioned about the
team learning and opportunities but the facts provided in the studies omitted the
contemporary facts about team learning and globalisation. Argument helps to state that facts
