ComSyst Technologies has been at a crisis for the past two years since it has lost three
of the most important tenders to its competitors. ComSyst Technologies is facing certain
issues like the performance of the employees of ComSyst Technologies has reduced, the
employees are showing lower engagement to the company and also some of the employees
are leaving the company (Ruck, Welch & Menara, 2017). Again, ComSyst Technologies is
losing some of the employees that are essential for the specific technological tasks of the
company. ComSyst Technologies is a company that provides software and management
systems for the defense sector. ComSyst Technologies also serves for some of the emergency
services. ComSyst Technologies is a company that has high technical advancement but it is
not able to channel them towards providing the services to the clients due to the issues related
to the employees of ComSyst Technologies (Cooper-Thomas & Saks, 2018). So, ComSyst
Technologies must implement new techniques that will be attractive for the employees of the
company.
ComSyst Technologies must include monetary and other attractive benefits fo the
employees that will motivate the employees to perform better. Again, it was found that
ComSyst Technologies lost the important tenders to its clients (Graban, 2016). ComSyst
Technologies has high potential in the technology sector so it must increase its scope to the
other sectors rather than just providing software to the defense and other emergency services.
ComSyst Technologies must look for big corporate firms and companies that have a huge
need for software that can help to manage their day to day processes. Since ComSyst
Technologies provides software that is used for communication within the organizations and
also with the outside it must also look for companies that do not have a proper
communication system (Mone, London & Mone, 2018).

organization. ComSyst Technologies must create programs that will help it increase the bond
amount the employees of the organization. ComSyst Technologies must set the targets and
reward the employees for achieving those targets. ComSyst Technologies must start training
programs for its employees. The employees of ComSyst Technologies must be able to learn
about the development of specific software and also be able to use the technologies that are
available in the company. ComSyst Technologies must also promote collaboration among the
employees to achieve their individual targets. Also, ComSyst Technologies must make strict
measures to improve the hiring process of the company. Also, the employees of ComSyst
Technologies must be provided with recognition if they provide a good level of performance.
One of the most important ways in which ComSyst Technologies can improve the
engagement of its employees is through the incorporation of health and wellness programs.
Since ComSyst Technologies is a company that is based mainly on development of software
so the company must provide refreshments for its employees.
ComSyst Technologies must also include certain games and other activities that can
be entertaining for the employees and also will increase the collaboration among the
employees. Again, ComSyst Technologies must look for companies that are looking for a
good communication system. ComSyst Technologies must increase its opportunities so that it
can become much more efficient than its competitors. ComSyst Technologies must look for a
reduction in the cost development of the software that it provides. For reducing the cost of the
development of the software ComSyst Technologies must implement new ways to improve
the performance of the employees that develop the software. ComSyst Technologies must
also include high monetary benefits for the employees that are essential for the specific tasks
in the organization.
