Self awareness is one of the most important aspects that are used for the overall
development of the individual. I feel that reflective essays or any kinds of reflective writing are
essential for the overall growth and objective of the people. This is because of the fact that both
the internal and the external environment have to be taken into account in order to make sure
I am getting the information from all the people who are involved in this aspect. In future
I will try to be an ideal manager by updating myself. This is because of the fact that I will always
try to stay aware of the different challenges that can arise among the employees. It is because of
this reason that I will develop and also try to maintain a workplace diversity and social diversity
as well. I will try to keep a note of the different ethnic backgrounds and the religion from which
the different employees belong.
I will always try to maintain an effective and advanced communication with the
different employees so that I am able to make sure that the communication process is taking
place in a proper way. It is because the communication process does not end if the feedback is
not being received from the receivers then it is incomplete. In order to make sure that the
message is being conveyed properly and to ensure that the communication process is complete
then the senders will always have to collect the feedback from the ones that are at the end point
or the receiving end of the communication process. I will always try to ensure that there is no
noise while the communication process is taking place.
I will always try to provide a very calm, organized and noise fewer environments so that
the communication can take place properly. The channels or the networks through which the
communication is being acrid on must also be taken care of. The communication channels must
be developed in a very effective manner. As a manager, I will always try to ensure that the
communication is taking place in such a ways that both the good and the bad news is being

conveyed at the right time and also in a proper manner. I will also provide moral support to the
employees so that they are able to understand and also accept the different news and give the
timely feedback as and when needed.
Motivation and influence are the major aspects that must be carried on by the modern
leaders to maintain a proper connection with all their employees. I will always motivate my
employees by the right means. This is because of the fact that different people are different I
terms of their nature. In order to become an ideal manager, I have to make sure that I am using
the skills of collaboration. I will also try to motivate the employees by using the methods of
reward and recognition.
