Introduction
The essay is based on the self-reflection, which deal the personal experiences that has made
me learnt many things regarding the business world. Growth and development is an important
part of life. Timely actions can always lead to implementation and execution of plans on time
with the defined goal. It is often said that “a stitch in time saves nine”, which means student`s
life is an era of transformation where an individual inculcate its roots of life. For example-
one will learn morals, values, wisdom, develop leadership skills, co-curriculum activities, and
theoretical models. While a person is in 20s, I planned to join an internship so that I could
learn and add more thorough and practical implication of theoretical aspects (Raelin, 2017).
Reflection essay
Self-awareness is one of the major opportunity that will help me to achieve personal success.
Development of skills can motivated and it creates an impact on personal development. This
skillset will create an positive impact on company`s culture and performance. I have learnt
several organisational behavioural theories, which are purely based on leadership and
motivation (McQuade, Mendoza, Larsen, & Breaux, 2017). These theories can enhance the
efforts of the employees at the workplace as it can exert pressure to achieve the
organisational goals with the help of individual efforts. These theories can help me to grasp
and finally understand the driving of employees towards goals and enhance the productivity
of the company by winning its competitive edge. The series of module suggest that the
corporate culture of any organisation defines its behavioural theories, which studies a
relationship between customer and manager. Operational challenges and lack of
communication skills can spoil the image of the image. Furthermore, negotiation is crucial
part of business that establishes a relationship and creates motivation among subordinates. .
The module also bring out the existence of conflicts in the organisation due to cultural
diversity, and discrimination issues based on gender, colour, sex, race, work style conflicts,

leadership styles and religion (McQuade, Mendoza, Larsen, & Breaux, 2017). An important
theoretical perspective includes leadership, which is a procedure through which one leader
can direct the team leader and manage it with related improvements. It is a process in which a
person would can learn effective leadership skills through, which a leader can impose several
attributes in their personality and achieve organisational goals with a aim to achieve an
organisational culture that contribute towards the company`s goals (Kember, 2016). During
the experience, I sound so obliged to become liable for performance of organisation and
learnt how I would tackle my team, as there are several different aspects to be considered for
every employee (Lau, Bligh, & Kohles, 2020).
I have learnt that a manager can solely contribute to the team efficiency when managing the
greater skills. The five feature to increase the productivity of team, which will include
establishing clear vision, motivation, training, handling the employee performance, lowering
the standard behaviour and maintaining the necessary trust, which can lead to highest
performance (Tsoh et al., 2019). During any course of action, a person must learn to handle
team, and leadership skills where a leader can act with integrity, and evaluate influential
actions, that can have direct impact on team and its effectiveness. Leadership skills can have
direct impact on team developing a sense of correspondence where it is challenging, tough,
and busy towards the balance (Chao, Chen, Star, & Dede, 2016). Awareness regarding every
aspect of organisation is quite important due to presence of politics and power, which
indicates the company, has hierarchy including upper level, middle level, and lower level of
management. A top level management can make decision, middle level can distribute the
work at the floor level. This floor level management is designed to execute the plans to
estimate the profits with the assistance of production tools. For example- when a customer is
dissatisfied with the sales person to whom one actually feel as the victim of fraud by sales.

Furthermore, politics can have severe impact on the stakeholders of company whether it is
internal or external stakeholders (Lau, Bligh, & Kohles, 2020).
Conclusion
When I started engaging in the team, accomplish it and finally opt for the responsibilities to
cope up with dynamic situations. I have seen that any demotivation in the team can lead to
damage of the entire team where the responsibility of any leader can avail appropriate data by
creating a positive culture at the workplace, which can support the team. Among all the
leadership styles given to handle the chaos in the organisation, which gives the combination
of transformational and democratic leadership.
