important aspect that have changed the role of the managers in the modern age (Tyler,
Dymock & Henderson, 2016). This topic can be said to be of great relevance for me as it can
help me in increasing my competitiveness that can help me in excelling in the professional
domain. The significance of the topic lies on the fact that it have stressed on the element of
the managerial ethics that can increase the accountability of a company. This topic can be of
use for the workplace as it can help me in the area of the scientific management that can
increase the popularity of my company before the people.
I have learnt regarding the fact that the rhetoric of the leader is an important aspect
that can influence the performance of the employees. There are the espoused values along
with the enacted values that can be crucial for the performance of the leader in an
organisation (Carton & Lucas, 2018). I have understood about the Maslow theory along with
the Mc Gregor theory that can help in providing motivation to an individual (Palmer, 2018).
This topic is of great relevance as it can make the individuals to act in a certain manner that

In my view, I have been able to gather essential knowledge about the element of the
negotiation that can help in the area of the problem-solving in an organisation. It can aid in
the resolving of the conflicts along with the misunderstandings that can pave the way for the
success of an organization (Brett & Thompson, 2016). I have understood that compromise
along with the mediation can act as the crucial aspects that can help in the management of the
conflict. This topic can be said to be of great significance as it have helped me in
understanding that fair trade can be beneficial for the parties and it can aid in arriving at a
decision. This topic can prove to be useful for me as it can help me in the area of integrative
bargaining in the future that can aid in the growth of my business. I have learnt by taking
recourse to the module that the negotiating parties should be the good listeners that can help
the parties in arriving at a concrete decision. I would use this content during the course while
doing the group work that would help the different members of our team in working in a
collaborative manner. The learnings in the course can be applied by me in my professional
career as it can help me in developing the personal style that can help me in the area of
communication.
