every week for group members caused by completing the organizational task. It creates stress

& Gass, 2017). After sometimes, I observed that my teammates were unable to meet the
organizational task hence, I modified into a target caused by the increasing growth of the firm.
For an increasing group of teams, I decided on the monthly target for teammates.

teammates and taking suitable decisions concerning the research issue. I also gave feedback form
