led to enhancement of core communication skillset, and self-awareness

are willing to accept the changes in the environment and the ability to
accomplish the tasks.
Directive theory- this type of attitude, which will allow the
subordinates to actually know what is being expected from them,
mentioning crucial criteria for the outcome, development of work

(Storsletten, & Jakobsen, 2015).
Transformational leadership- these leaders expect subordinates
performing beyond normal expectation by encouraging subordinates and

Dedication- it is seen that dedication is similar to confidence
towards the tasks. I started adopting the attitude of “can do” for a task
that is expected from a leader. Other than technical skills, there are
intangible skills including work done by enforcement to the employee`s
maximum level and handling of project management (Ruben, & Gigliotti,
2017).
Honesty- a Company will always demand trustworthy person to
comply with truthful and absolute fairness towards organisational
behaviour. My team members look after me with an eye to remain truthful
as an benchmarks of what are the activities that can be performed (Seto,
& Sarros, 2016).
Well-organised code of conduct- A leader should comply with the
whole code of conduct regarding the organisation. Leaders are obliged to
follow code of conduct carefully where the followers can follow the
footsteps of a leader. Code of ethics have defined varied rules and
regulations, which can enforce the fulfilment of code of conduct by the
subordinates. An organisation bring up with rules and regulations for each

good communication at its topmost requirement. It can become difficult in
order to lead a team. Every important attribute will include
